She used that very prayer quite regularly in her work; She'd used in on the cat last week. Neko Hime decided to leave him be, sneaking over to the double doors quickly and taking her helmet off, tucking it under her left arm and pressing her right ear to the door.

She'd be able to hear shuffling around. It was faint, but someone was rummaging and stepping around inside. The section was labeled from outside the room, apparently an exhibit on tsangusuri from the Hantei era.

Talismans? Hopefully this was not something too important. Unsure when or if Yoshi would find a way in, Momiko took out her cell phone and quietly cast a spell, a staff made out of clear water appearing in her free hand. She then put the phone away and opened the door.

Inside is an elaborate exhibit that features a multitude of tsangusuri - each display has information about the Asahina crafter as well as the minor effect the trinket can perform. That type of detail was hardly of interest at the moment, though.
The thief could be seen across the room, maybe 100 ft away from the doors Neko Hime had entered from. A girl dressed in a red so dark you could barely see its hues. From this distance in the dark of the exhibit, Neko hime would probably not even be able to see her if not for the pendant around her neck made of pure crystal.
The girl's head pokes up to see the Crane, revealing a cutesy looking cat mask. "You're Neko Hime! I've heard of you!" the girl exclaims, half excited and half confrontational.

Yoshi was pretty sure he'd found the only way in that was unlocked, and it was inaccessible to someone of his skills. So, he's currently spending his time trying to get a vantage point on every window he can to see if he glean any a sense of what's going on inside on any floor. He's also keeping an eye on the ground-level exits near the unlocked window for either Neko Hime or the perpetrators to at some point be heading his way.

She kinda knew the answer to the second question, but there was more to this than just a simple robbery; Typical robbers didn't speak to the kami, or have elaborate get ups, after all.

"Who, little old me? You don't know who I am?" The girl almost sounds offended. Based on her voice, her size, and her mannerisms, she has to be around the same age as Neko Hime. "I'm the great, the beautiful, the clever, and the crafty - Shinku-no-Onna!"
As if to emphasize this, she makes a dramatic pose - a peace sign with her right hand, tapping the corner of her mask. She acted like a big deal but... neko Hime had never heard of her, even if she was knowledgeable of the underworld.
For Yoshi, he would start to hear magistrates sirens approaching. They cops were on their way.

With the sirens approaching, Yoshi reasons that one or more people were likely going to flee the scene any moment. All he can do is keep an eye on all exits, especially ones near the unlocked window, to maybe try positioning himself as a physical obstacle to such an escape.

Well, Momiko indeed had not heard of the girl. But she was too experienced to be too curious about the matter; One did not let thieves simply talk. As she listened she moved closer, making it look effortless despite how fast she moved.

"Ugh, duhh! Whoa, hold on!" the cat burglar called out as Neko Hime zipped up to her. "You're super duper fast!"
(OOC: This is where we roll initiative.)
