Mako stumbled out of bed, trying her best not to disturb Uetani as she did. She kissed her girlfriend on the forehead, however, as she left, not wanting to leave her without that affection. A pair of panties was absently grabbed from a drawer, and put on - the ones from last night mysteriously gone. The little unicorn purple panties were all she bothered to put on as she wandered to her door, opening it slowly to not make any noise, and shutting it while holding the knob open, to ensure there was not even a click. After all, she had wanted to get coffee - and breakfast - ready for her girlfriend before she woke up. So she walked through the hall, into the living room, through the dining room, and into the kitchen, still rubbing the sleep out of her eyes, still exhausted.
Completely unaware of her surroundings as she made it to the kitchen, and opened up the fridge.

Once upon a time, Utaku Hisui tended to rise with the sun. It was during her days in the military, when career consumed her very being. She woke on schedule, slept on schedule, ate on schedule, and if permitted, would have likely died on schedule in some way. She'd become a bit lax about it after the injury, but she'd began to get back in the habit after regularly spending nights with a Crane who also tended to rise early.
She'd stepped out of the guest bedroom in a plain white shirt that was a little shorter than it should be and light blue panties, hair a bit of a mess. She made her way to the kitchen, her own little personal cup in hand, drinking that ridiculously sweet tea that Mako and her son both seemed to favor. She barely even notices Mako's state of undress as she walks in.
"Good morning," she greets as she checks her phone in confusion.

"Morning Sui-nee!" She beamed at Hisui, as she kept looking through the fridge, eventually finding her eggs, and moving towards the counter with a few veggies as well. She was rather absently cutting the vegetables when she suddenly looked over at Hisui, staring at her. Not because of her state of dress, not because of the woman being in her house, but because of what this meant for who else was there, in the house. Who probably saw her walking by. She had a small blush on her cheeks, as she looked down at herself.
"Please tell me Yuko is still in bed...?"

Fuyuko enters the room, wearing her eyepatch as well as a set of Pjamas with tiny little Blue Gaki on it. The tiny crane with the now messy hair had been praying at the Shrine in the Morning as she often did when she saw the tiny pink and purple blur pass her. Now she makes her way into the room, hand replacing fan to block her view. "Mako-san. Hisui-chan. Morning. I wish some coffee if allowed."

"I believe that answers your question, Mako-chan."
Hisui takes another sip before she gets up, taking Fuyuko's other hand to guide her to a sitting position. She is quite content to let the Crane block her view of Mako. The action put a small smile on Hisui's face, and she decides to be a bit playful in placing a light kiss on the cheek.
"You keep any coffee, Mako-chan?" she asks. Still in a playful mood, she jokingly asks, "And would you like to borrow my shirt?"

Mako was blushing deeply at being walked in on, even with Fuyuko covering her eyes, and then motioned to the coffee maker, "Of course I can make coffee. I was planning to get it ready with breakfast, but uhm. I can... start it now." She put the whole beans into the elaborate machine, it beginning to whirr as it grinded the fresh coffee beans, Mako pouring in some bottled water to a slot on it. Why yes, she used whole beans and bottled pure water to make her coffee. Yes. It was excessive.
"I should... uhm. Go get a shirt. And uhm. Get Uetani. Yes." And then Hisui made her comment, and she had to joke back just a little, "I would love to see you shirtless, Sui-nee. You know I'd never say no." A giggle, but she kept walking back to her room. Closing the door behind her. And taking a deep breath.

Fuyuko lowers her hand, taking a deep breath. "I must suppose not everybody feels rooms as cold as this one does. Others must sleep differently." she says softly, moving to return the kiss Hisui gives as she sits down. She cocks her head at the machine whiring. "Is that fresh coffee? I haven't had that in ages."

Hisui sits down, bringing two cups of coffee fresh from the machine. She feels the kiss and lets out a giddy little giggle. She relaxes in the chair, crossing her legs. This is not helping the fact that the shirt she's wearing is already a little too short. As if her legs needed to be more exposed at this point.
"It is. I actually think I have that same machine at home." A pause, as she takes a good look at the machine before setting the thought aside. "And if you need me to keep you warm, just ask."

Fuyuko smiles warmly as she takes a cup. "Hmm where does she keep the sugar I wonder? I would ask her but, well." she says biting her lip. "Oh really? Ah well then something we can enjoy. And it's fine my love, you warm me plenty. I have gotten used to it, It just means I don't like wearing so little casually."

"We can probably ask once she finally comes out," Hisui says, speaking of the sugar. She does move a little closer, though. The room isn't quite as warm as she'd like, but she enjoys simple proximity to her Crane lover. "And I understand. If it makes you more comfortable, I could put on more clothes? I wouldn't want you to be the only one. Besides, it's not like I need to compete with these younger women for your attention."
After a moment, her face turns serious. Worried.
"What you said over dinner. About not seeking death anymore. Was that…was that because of me? I want you to know, while I'd like it if we could live together for years, I don't need you to live longer than you're happy with."
