Fuyu shakes her head. "In many ways. I just met her actually. But, I can have no children of my own. And as such my desire to be a mother would require me to adopt. She is..older but she needs the guidance of one like her. Who has the pull of Gaki-do at her soul."

Fuyuko smiles. "She has two children. I would not ask her to bear more. Perhaps if she wishes. Still, being a wife and a mother, does not always require things to be technically accurate. I will strive for legally accurate but, even if the law does not let me adopt her, I already view Uetani-san as my own."

Fuyu smiles at the gesture, taking it as one of affection rather then lust. "I actually might need your help with something. My love, you see, was injured in the Onyx war. She is considering surgery to get, restored of what she has lost. I trust you both in skill and in heart. Could you assist in the procedure. Make sure you bring her back to me?"

Fuyuko chuckles. "Ah sorry, yes. A kidney and some ribs. Due to a war injury. It has left her with some chronic pain. We were hoping to improve her quality of life."
