Obsidian Chaos Cat Dark Fortune of TyposIt was something he hadn't done all school year, something that generally helped the Mirumoto to clear his mind when he was aggravated or just needed to get away from it all for a bit. Though the area was permeated with the thick fog obscuring the outside world from the rest of the school campus there were (hopefully) still some areas he could explore and still remain close enough to not get lost in the fog - or worse, wind up back at the school. And so he did something he enjoyed: he began climbing. Especially being alone, the Mirumoto took his journey one slow step at a time, seeking to clear his mind of all distractions as he focused on the task at hand...

A curious fox girl walked about the forest wondering about the fog and it's extent. Probably Noboru won't see the silent girl walking around.

She was right -- he was too busy focusing on climbing the small rock wall to notice the mute Isawa girl. Between a lack of strength and a lack of skill it took Noboru a bit to get up the fifteen-foot tall rocks. Once to the top, however, he turned around and sat down for a minute, smiling to himself even as sweat beaded upon his brow.

A rock fell beside the Isawa. The girl looked where it landed then where it came from. Kiki wasn't like Koko who could easily spread wings and fly. So she started clapping to see if the Mirumoto could hear her.

Noboru looked about as he heard the clapping before glancing down to notice the Isawa girl. He waved to her with a smile then started making his way down, not knowing if she was able to climb up after him or not.

The girl smiled and nodded at the boy. She looked at the Mirumoto wondering what he saw. Is there anything...
She took out her cellphone. At least it work for something right.

Noboru shook his head slowly then took the girl's phone to text back to her:
"I didn't take a chance to look. I'd only been up there a few moments when I heard you clapping. What're you doing out here?"

Noboru facepalmed at his own forgetfulness on the matter then bowed in apology to Kiki.
"Sorry, I forgot." Then he read about her curiosity and shrugged a little, "Actually, I think the forest has been kind of quiet today. Maybe a little too quiet. I wonder if that's part of the effects of this dream we're supposedly in or if they're nervous."
