Early. She'd call it bright, except the sky wasn't the most cooperative in the world. Utaku Hisui went by the shores of the lake, to a spot where she could see the marker Bayushi Yokohime left behind. The indication of where the Salty Goblin was laid to rest. It was time to disturb that, even if this was only a dream figment of it. However, with the phones not working, she had little means of contacting the ones who needed to be there. Koshiro , Kitsune Bokaru , Kuni Hinata , Horiuchi Nadeshiko ; the shugenja involved in raising it. Ryudo Akane , Shibatsu Eito , Doji Fuyuko ; the names with a personal stake in this endeavor. Yet, if this was a dream, then it wouldn't be impossible to expect them to gather there. Dream-logic ran more on narrative and whimsy than anything else, after all. All the Utaku had to do was wait. And hope. Who knows, maybe others might arrive to lend their aid?

Bayushi Yokohime laid on top of the lake looking at the gloomy sky. She didn't like it, she was taught to make the sky bright and make the weather to fit what was needed. Hisui could see the former Moshi extending an arm playing with the sky.

Upon Hisui's arrival she would find that one thing was very, very different from the normally serene lake. A whirlpool had formed in the lake, swirling about with no explanation. It was wide, like from a fairy tale or sailors story, and oddly calm. The waters started to surge and moved and suddenly the tip of something started to peak put. It rose slowly towards the oddly colored sky and began to reveal what it was. A ship and one that could not be mistaken for anything else but the one they had come to raise.
As the wooden vessel came into full view the waters began to calm. The Salty Goblin was pristine and without flaw, at least as much as one could tell from the distance they stood on the shore. It floated calmly on the water, as if anchored to a spot close to the edge of the lake, ready to be crewed once more.

A certain ronin boy had been walking around the campus aimlessly this morning. Not really a jog or a morning exercise, just Koshiro walking around to see what people were doing on this day in the fog-filled dream world. For some reason he felt drawn towards the lake. To be fair, he was always drawn to the lake, what with his goal being there at the bottom of the lake. He tried to imagine what it would be like to see the ship in its heyday. He remembered the pictures of the ship his adopted mom had in her picture book. A small yet proud wooden kobune floating upon the lake's waters, just like that little ship over there. Its white sails fluttering in the wind, just like the ones on that ship over there. 'Salty Goblin' painted on the stern in black letters, just like tha-
Koshiro stopped in his tracks. If he had been carrying anything, it would have simply dropped from his hands. Thankfully he had not. He stopped and stared at the little ship on the lake. He rubbed his eyes. He stared again. He pinches himself. The ship was still there. He gives himself a good ol' slap on the face just to make sure he wasn't dreaming.
*SLAP*
The pain stung on his cheek. He looked to the lake once more. The ship was still very much there. The silver & violet fog reminded him he was still definitely in the Fortune's dream, but now... now something else was here too. Something he thought he could only dream of achieving. Even if in this case it was the Fortune dreaming it.
Koshiro simply fell to his knees and continued to stare at the Salty Goblin, quite stunned at the revelation that his wish had been granted.
The Salty Goblin sails once more.

Hinata had come to the lake to think, as she often did. She did not just have an existential crisis to ponder, but now a wedding to plan for. She had never seen over a wedding before, and it was very last minute, but she wanted to do the best for her friend. She was disappointed that Yoshinobu had not agreed to witness it; she thought it might have been fun. It still could be, but it just did not feel the same.
As she thought of this, she noticed the kobune floating in the lake. The Salty Goblin was floating again? How could that be? There were no shugenja around to raise it that she could see besides Koshiro and Yokohime.
...wait, Koshiro! He must have been ecstatic! Hinata ran up to him, grinning.
"Well, you got your wish, Koshiro-kun."

Hisui reacts…differently.
The sight of such magic alarms her. Not precisely because of the nature of it, but because of where it is happening. She knew Yokohime lived in the lake itself. Even if it was a big lake, that was a rather large whirlpool. She could have gotten caught in it.
She approaches the shore, terrified of the darkest possibilities. And shouts. "Yoko! Yoko, where are you?!"

Yoko was pushed by the waves that the whirlpool had created. She hit the shore and got all scrapped. "Ouch..."

Hisui spots her and breaks into a run. She had thought worse things had happened, and was relieved to see only a few scraps and bruises. The Utaku gets any debris and material off the ningyo first.
"Do you think it'll be alright to move you? Get you to the infirmary or something?"

"That was unexpected." She looked at Hisui rubbing her arm. "I just a bit sore. Ouch..." She smiled "I don't think anything is broken." She flapped her tail. "I think I am missing a few scales but it will be okay."

As soon as Hinata noticed Yoko get thrown out of the water she jogged over as well, looking concerned.
"Is everything alright?"
