Hinata stood outside the door to the boy's dorm, trying to gather her composure. She got the feeling that the end was near. She did not know how, it was just a feeling in the pit of her stomach. The feeling had driven her to come here in search of her love, Iweko Yoshinobu. She hoped he was here. If the world was going to end, she wanted to spend her final moments with him. She cursed under her breath. It just had not been enough time. Then again, it never would have been would it? She took a deep breath and knocked on the door, hoping someone would answer. If nobody did, she would remain there waiting until the world ended.

Yoshinobu was quick to open the door to the spare room he was lent. Before he said anything, he looked Hinata over for a few silent moments.
"You look rough, Hinata," he said, tone clearly joking in an attempt to cheer her up a little. "Though to be fair, I probably look just as worn out. It's been a long few days. Come on in."

Hinata smiled slightly and entered the room, closing the door behind her and wasting no time in pulling Yoshinobu into a hug.
"That it has. How are you holding up?"

Yoshinobu hugged her tightly in return, gently massaging Hinata's back.
"I'm a bit tired... though what is sleep in a dream anyways. I'm just stuck in limbo, wondering how things will go. It's like knowing you only have a few weeks left to live."

"Yeah...though somehow I don't think we're even going to have that long" she replied, her voice trembling slightly.
"Will you lay with me? I...I just want to be with you when it ends."

Yoshinobu couldn't tell if Hinata meant laying in the literal or poetic sense; if it was the latter, well... even if this was a dream, it wasn't his room. It would feel pretty weird to attempt that here, at least to him. Rather than respond directly, he just sits on the edge of the dorm bed and pats next to him fro her to sit down.

Thankfully Hinata meant literally. She was not that weird. She took a seat next to Yoshinobu and leaned into him. She said nothing either. She just sat there, taking what comfort she could in his warmth.
If they woke up, was she going to miss him? One could often have lingering feelings from dreams they did not quite remember. She hoped so. Even if the feeling was a bad one, it was still something she could hold on to.

"You know... you never wrote me a poem," Yoshinobu observed, as Hinata leaned into him. "If things will fade, the ephemerality of our situation would only lend beauty to whatever words you could compose. Would you make one for me now?"

Hinata nodded and stood up, then walked over to where she had set down her bag and pulled out the small notebook in which she kept her poetry.
"Hm...is there anything in particular you'd like it to be about?"

"If I told you it wouldn't be as fun, would it?" Yoshinobu replied playfully.
