Sakura nods a little, "I'm aware of the meeting, seeing as my mother is the one running it. She's informed me my attendance isn't optional, as I need to be sure to set a good example for the other Dragon students." The younger woman seems a bit uncertain about how to handle all of this, as she's aware that her roommate is someone who is technically her family's enemy, but at the same time, she has to live with them and try and get along. She decides that given how things are going right now, it would be wise to pretend the blood feud doesn't exist to keep her life simpler and less stressful.
She pauses, "...But...I suppose we should go over what is and isn't OK in here, Kakita-senpai, because I know we are supposed to share this space, so therefore, there might be things we should avoid to keep things harmonious."

Tsuki smiled a bit. "Oh, I didn't know if she would be Dorm mother again this year or not. Thank you for telling me."
At the mention of rules, Tsuki simply nodded at Sakura and awaited to hear what the girl might say.

The Mirumoto looks at Tsuki quietly, trying to figure out if there is anything to bring up first. Eventually, she settles on something.
"I don't plan on bringing any company back to the room, but...I don't know if you plan on doing the same. Do you want to have some sort of signal or agree that we should meet people somewhere else?"
It's clear she's dancing around the concept of boyfriend or girlfriends and is trying oh-so-very-hard not to directly say it and label the Kakita, as she's not sure about her roommate's preferences.

The Crane woman raised a slight eye at Sakura, a hint of mischievousness and humor in the act. She didn't say anything immediately either which only exacerbated the situation, at least until she finally returned to her usual gentle smile.
"Well I think if any of us decide to bring company back, we could always leave something on the door to let the other know. Does that sound good?" Tsuki asked.

"That sounds ideal." A pause as she looks over the other side of the room, noticing a distinct lack of stereo equipment and the like. So, noise isn't likely to be an issue.
"Do we want to have a set time for lights out?"

Tsuki shook her head lightly at Sakura. "No, though if you wish to go to bed early for some reason I'm sure we can work it out when we get to that bridge."
The woman crossed her hands in her lap, that soft smile never faltering. "Is there anything else you would like to cover?"

For the second time this morning, Kakita Tsuki shook her head at the Dragon sitting across from her. "None at all. I think we're both likely to be rather open and friendly, in our own ways."
The shugenja rose from her seat, the skirt of her light dress swaying back into place. She offered another bow to Sakura as she spoke once more. "It's been a pleasure to meet you. If you honestly need help with something, don't hesitate to ask me. I'll try and do what I can. Otherwise," She rose back up and motioned to around the room, "Welcome to RHS."

"Thank you, Kakita-senpai," Sakura replies with a bow, surprised by how bloodless and stress free this has been. Well, free of stress relating to the fact that the two of the are at odds due to their bloodlines and are able to get along civilly, which is a plus in Sakura's book. She would have hated to have the year with someone who actively hated her and would try and make her life a living hell.

Tsuki nodded and then moved to start taking out a few more belongings of her own. Many of the trinkets were simple things. Some of it was makeup, albeit more for touch up than anything else. Others were a scroll or a book, even another picture of what appeared to be her and a few others enjoying eating out at a picnic. The woman seemed to move with no true rhyme or reason to her operation, but she was tidy as she went and every new item found a spot that only seemed to add a small breath of life to the room.
