Mako stopped... she could just leave, and let Hoshiko get her things on her own, but that would be really mean, after what Hoshiko did for her. "Ah, well, I guess I can come back with you then. I mean, you brought me mine, I should help you get yours. Plus, then you get to bask in my presence some more, Ms. Rockstar." Happy giggles were given, as she skipped towards the singer, and blew a little kiss that was paired with a wink.

Hoshiko grinned, giggling as the girl started blowing kisses! "You're such a flirt! You don't have to come into the class though if you don't want to. I can rush in and grab my stuff, there isn't a huge amount" she started heading towards the classroom "hope this won't push you away from music also, you have a really lovely voice."

"Hai, I am, but only with the cutest of girls." She flirted even more as they walked back, "I don't mind coming with, and it wont chase me away. I mean, I dunno if I'll take the classes every time they are offered, but that's more dependent on what is scheduled. I have certain more important courses, even if music is something that brings me joy." She sighed a little wistfully - to think of how great it would be to just become a singer, "But I can always enjoy music just by asking you, even if I can't sing with you."

Hoshiko blushed a bit, but still chuckled. "Flattery gets you everywhere I hear!" Although she started to frown slightly as Mako continued, turning at the doorway with a determined look. "No, music is the world! You have a brilliant talent, and energy that can totally bring people joy! I won't let you give up, not because of some...weirdo who can only use magic to get what she wants. No, I won't give up, we'll sing together sometime! You have my word."

Mako giggled at the forcefulness of that statement, "I wouldn't be quitting because of her, Shiko-chan~. I'd be quitting because I don't think my dreams lay in music. I'll keep doing it for fun, of course, but I never wanted to be a famous singer like you. I wanna stand tall in my own ways, for my own reasons." She was quite amused by Hoshiko's earnest display, "But I'll happily sing with you some day."

"...well, ok" Hoshiko relented, nodding "I just didn't want you to be put off. Music makes the world so much better, and music shared is even better!"
A pause.
"...Shiko-chan? That's a new one."

"I assume pink-chan is taken?" Hoshiko giggled "I'm terrible at nicknames! I'll give it a shot though, and will keep trialling new ones until one sticks!"

"Pink-chan?" She blushed lightly at that, "Honestly, it sounds rather..." She decided to let Hoshiko figure out why that would be a slightly awkward nickname, not that she was telling her not to use it.

"Your hair is long and pink! So it stand out, it's really cute though!" Hoshiko clearly missed any other meaning "but it's not good, so I'll totally work on something else! Usually you just use someones name, but Ko-chan doesn't sound good either~" she pouted
