Yoru arrived at the shrine Yoruga indicated in his note. Yoru sneaked through the campus in his typical outfit of tight black flexible clothing it looks like a typical shinobi in stories but made from more modern materials allowing for greater freedom of movement. He sported a full face mask also black with very small red characters around parts of the edge to read them his face would have to be centimeters from your own. Yoru found Bayushi Yoruga speaking to the new scorpion girl, yoru had not yet made a judgement about the girl so he remained hidden to observe further, she was technically family but she was new and her full alliances were untested Yoru would watch for a moment before revealing himself.
