Hinata shifted in her sleep, mumbling.
"No...no I don't want that...go away..."
"BEEP BEEP BEEP" responded her alarm clock, unconcerned with her petty human wants.
With a groan, Hinata hit the button on the clock and sat up. She rubbed her eyes, and looked at the bed beside her. Still no room mate. Maybe the Scorpion girl hadn't shown up?
Hinata was fine with that. Room mates were a pain, she had learned that at her last high school when that Hida girl stole her face paint to use as eyeliner.
Hinata rolled off her bed and landed on her feet. There was no point sitting around moping, class was starting soon. Besides, she wanted to be the first to the shower. She went over and opened her drawer, looking for a towel.

"Morning" said something. Or, in fact, someone. Hinada, when looking at the voice, would find a girl sat on her windowsill looking in. Nomen had climbed the walls to her room, and found the window annoyingly locked after she had left it open the previous night. She decided to wait for the other girl to wake, as that would be less...disruptive.
Or, potentially, not.

Hinata nearly jumped out of her skin at the voice, reflexively looking over her shoulder before realizing the voice was female. And coming from the window. She glared at the girl on the other side. This must be the girl who had left it open last night. Her room mate, then. With a sigh, Hinata went over and unlocked the window.
"Why use the window? There's a perfectly good door."
She bowed, perhaps not low enough to be polite. She didn't care, it was early and this girl had just scared the living daylights out of her.
"This one is Kuni Hinata."

Nomen smirked, slipping inside. "Because I left last night through the window, and climbing is a great way to start the day. You should try it sometime, Kuni-san." She undoes her jacket, dropping it to the floor leaving her in just a tight tank-top and denim shorts. "Bayushi Nomen" she bowed "good to meet you. Sorry if I startled you, but the window I left was locked, so I couldn't slip back in while you slept as was the plan."

Hinata pinched the bridge of her nose and sighed, waving dismissively with the other hand. It wasn't the most graceful gesture, but she was too tired at the moment to bother with an On.
"It's fine. It's the thought that counts."
She turned around and began rifling through her drawer again.
"I didn't see you at all yesterday. Were you at that party?"
If she was, surely Hinata would have seen her, or at least she thought so. Then again, there were so many people there it was hard to tell.

"Nah, not much of a partier. Not that kind of party anyway, I'm guessing the rich kids made sure to show they're rich and all powerful?" Nomen went to her bed, pulling out a bag from under it, taking out some clothes. No wonder it didn't look like she was there...she hadn't used the drawers at all!
"If you get cold at night I'll find a different way to enter; or a way to keep the window so I can open it" she offered as well as a compromise as she undressed.

"I'll keep it unlocked" Hinata replied, pulling a towel out from her drawer.
"And yes, the party was...well, exactly as you just said, really."
She shrugged.
"Still, it was a good opportunity to meet people."

"Then I missed nothing, as I'll meet people today" Nomen shrugged, looking over her shoulder at Hinata. "You claiming the shower first? Unless you want to share" there was a tease in her voice, which wouldn't confirm how serious she was on the matter.

"Good answer" Nomen said with a chuckle "I remember a girl in a previous school panicking when I said that to her. It was kinda embarrassing, glad I didn't have to stay long." Clothes gone, she took a towel from the shelves above and wrapped it round herself. "I actually know you already, amusingly. The cafe, right?" Nomen started to move to the showers.
