After getting help from her dad to bring everything up to her room. She gives him a big hug and smiles. "Bye daddy." She said playfully. "Bye sweetie. Remember to study, dont be like uncle Yasha and play games all day." Hinoken jested. "Hoi...." she replied sadly. "Im a good student though." She said assuring him that he didnt have to worry. "I'll visit during the weekend ok?" "Hai.." he replied. And pulled a small bento box. "A small sback in case you get hungry while unpacking." She nodded happily. "Arigatou Tou-san" she gave him another hug. Yui popped in and waved bye to Hinoken. "Where is Mo-chan?" Maiyumi asked. "Ah yes... he is still in the car. The name that shall not be said might be lurking about." He chuckled and winked at her. "You mean Su.." she got cut off by his finger. "Hai... good night sweetie." And with that Hinoken left the dorms and went back home. After Hinoken left, Mayumi started to hum softly as she begin to unpack ger things. Yui helped with the models, gently placing them on top the shelves. "This year will be fun! Right ne-chan?"
"Hai." She said with a bright smile and continued to hum.

The first thing Agasha Mayumi would notice when moving in was that half the room was already occupied. Her room mate had an eclectic set of belongings and perhaps too many of them. The small bookcase was packed to overflowing with nothing but detective novels and manga. The small desk on the left side of the room was covered in piles of blank paper and craft supplies with no room for anything else save for a portrait of a smiling family. The father was built well while the mother was small and delicate and in the center was a young girl of about 9 or 10 with large pigtails. The picture itself had been taken in the mountains in the fall with the first traces of snow clinging to the ground. The closet bulged with clothes while the large suitcase stuffed in the bottom contained even more. Finally a note had been placed on the second bed, a folded card and impeccable handwriting that said "I guess you're late for the first day of school too. I'll be back around evening. I'll make sure my stuff keeps on my half of the room if you'll do the same. -Nadeshiko" |

She felt the wet nose touch her leg. "Oh hello there sweetie." She pucked up the kit. "Where is Ki-chan?" She hugged her little friend gently before noticing her new roomie. "Oh, you must be my new roomie." She said with a smile. "Agasha Mayumi" she bowed to her. "Don't let my hieght fool you. This is my third year." She smiled.

Nadeshiko peeked out from under her sheets as the sound of talking disturbed her from her reading. Her eyes narrowed slightly at the phoenix girl before glancing down at the fox with her for a long moment. Finally she pulled herself to a sitting position, crosslegged on the bed as she offers Agasha Mayumi a half-bow of her own. "I am Horiuchi Nadeshiko, it is... interesting to meet you and your menagerie Asako-senpai. I'm a first year myself so I hope you'll take good care of me this year." She shifts slightly then, to a kneeling position so she can better look over the bed at the animals. "So uhh.. who are your friends..?" |

"Ano... its Agasha.." she smiled politely. "This little one is called Fenne. She belongs to my cousins." She looks around at her stuff. "What are you reading?"

Nadeshiko glances down at the foxkit once more before nodding and holding up her book. The title declares it to be a copy of "The Mysterious Affair at Styles" by Agatha Christie, japanese version.
"Just an old detective novel. It was written in 1920 by a gaijin woman named Agatha Christie. It's about a widow who was poisoned by someone in her life to get access to her significant estate. I've read it several times in the past but I felt like reading it again since I'm here."
She pauses for a momen then, placing the book lightly in her lap. Her fingers reach up to undo the twin ribbons in her hair to let her twintails down into long arrow straight black locks.
"The author's most famous work is Murder on the Orient Express if you've heard of that?"

"I dont think i have read that one sadly." she explained as she continued to pet Fenne. "do you like anime? my favorit are the mecha type anime."

"It is a bit old I suppose." Nadeshiko agrees, slipping from her bed to stuff it into one corner of her bookcase. She hums to herself for a long moment before pulling a blu-ray case from the carefully organized mess before presenting. "I do indeed watch anime. If we're talking Mecha Anime though I'm not the biggest fan... but I do enjoy this one." she says, holding out the case for one called Robotics:Notes. "It's not a true mecha... but it does have mecha stuff in it and it's a really interesting mystery. You might like it, you can borrow it."

"Oh ok! I don't think i watched that one yet. There are soo many out there. it can be hard to remember which ones i watched." she said with excitement. "do you like mystery novels and stuff?" she asked inquisitively.
