"Thank you, my Lady," Yoshinobu replied with a broad smile as Hinata skipped back to the kitchen. He removed his phone and began to browse the internet as he awaited the maid's return with his drinks.

Hinata returned shortly with two glasses in her hands, one full of milk and one full of water. She set them on Yoshinobu's table.
"Here you go, master~! Wouldn't do to have chocolate cake without milk, neh?"
She smiled playfully.

"No, it would certainly not. With a mouth full of cake and nothing to wash it down with, I might choke trying to speak with you," the Prince suggested, his tone as playful as Hinata's smile. He takes a sip of water, and then cuts into the soft cake with his fork and begins to enjoy the dessert.

Hinta chuckled.
"Well, it's a good thing I took a first aid class today then, master~!"
She looked out of the corner of her eye to see if anyone else was coming in. To her relief, it seemed to be a slow day.

"To help with all of the customers who might choke on sweets?" Yoshinobu asks with a smile, hiding it behind a sip of the cold milk.

"Yeah!"
She put a finger to her chin and looked up, an exaggerated 'moe' expression.
"Though I hope they'd have someone better to help them than someone who took one class of first aid, master!"

Yoshinobu had to admit, the act was pretty adorable. He scooped up some of the icing onto his spoon, looking at it as he responded to Hinata.
"Well, no one said you were a master now. You are taking first aid because you want to learn more, neh? You help yourself, and in turn you get to help others."

Hinata nodded.
"My master is so wise! Yes, I want to become a medical researcher!"
...this really was not a good context to have this conversation. The prince could see that, right? She hoped so.

Yoshinobu nodded, and took some more cake onto the spoon.
"Keep working hard then." The Prince takes the bite of cake from the spoon, and slowly chews with a smile at the maid. He wondered if her supervisor would get angry if she stood here and talked with him all day; but, that was why he had gotten her number.
