Otomo Katsumi snaps her fingers and one of her servants pulls out a small pouch. Placing it in the girls hands. "Considered yourself hired." She turns around and begins to walk away. "You'll find my contact information in there. Do feel free to get a hold of me when you get the chance." Inside the pouch was indeed a business card of her own. But also 40 koku.

Nadeshiko simply stares at the pouch... feeling the weight of it before peeking inside at the money. There's a moment where her eyes open as wide as dinner plates before she swiftly shoves the pounce into a pocket in her jacket for safekeeping.
There's just this stunned look on her face for a few more minutes before turning to face the trio still hanging around with her.
"err don't worry. I promise I'll look at your cases too, I'll make sure they all get solved."

Utaku Hitomi blinks unsure of how to deal with the Imperial who just walked in and placed a large satchel of money in Horiuchi Nadeshiko's hands. "Uhhh... Yes..." she was still at a loss for words.

Nadeshiko shook herself out of her stupor before turning to Hitomi properly, pulling her notebook out once more.
"Well, I'll deal with that later... you were first. So you said you had a mystery you needed solved? please give me the details."

Ichiro has a slightly perturbed face at her comment and begins mumbling under his breath "I'm not hormonal I just wanted to look at the si...." in contrast to his statements his jaw practically drops as the beautiful imperial walks to the group he has a hard time not checking her out in such am obvious manner the woman likely feels his eyes on her though to his credit he does try to not look.

She blinks and regains her composure. Shaking her head she looks over to her clan mate. "Ahhh yes. I was wondering if you could help me solve the case of how my horse escaped her stall yesterday... Also if you can find out what kind of adventures she had with Daisuke..." She sighs. "It's not like Mizuki to wander off and get into trouble."

There's some furious scribbling in her notebook as she jots down the information, pressing for more like Mizuki's stall number, the last time Hitomi saw her, and the full name of the Daisuke involved. Then it was on to some more.. interesting questions.
"Has Mizuki ever been uhh outside her pen like this before? Have you ever met Daisuke before and has Mizuki spent time with him? and finally do you have any ideas as to who may have let Mizuki out? any enemies, people who don't like you, people who just mean for no reason?"

Utaku Hitomi blinks and takes a step back. "I-it was the first time I'd ever put her in that stall... or any stall before. Me and Mizuki just got in from our home back in Shiro Moto. We'd never really met anyone else. As Daisuke is an Utaku Warsteed I doubt Mizuki had ever met him before. As for enemies... I mean I guess it's possible my mother might have some enemies... She can be ruthless when it comes to business."

Nadeshiko stops writing for a moment, tapping the notebook with her pen as she ponders the details of the investigation... after a little while she looks up with a weak smile and slightly flushed cheeks.
"Well I can definitely find out who let Mizuki out... as for what adventures they had.. you might uhmm.. need a vet but we'll see! They could have just... run around for a while... and eaten grass but I'll find out for sure. Just you know, be prepared for the possibility..."

She blinks a few times clearly confused. "Do you think they ate bad grass and Mizuki might have a tummy ache... Hmmm she didn't seem all that ill today." She crosses her arms and looks very confused.
