"Neither will I," the Mirumoto offered as he looked at the Kakita woman, politely pulling his hand away from her side. "Don't repeat your sister's mistakes. Or mine, Kakita-san. You tell me to honor my sister with justice, I say you need to honor yours without starving or killing yourself."

Noboru stood, collecting his own things as he moved to follow Uetani out of the dojo.
"The only pain I've caused is my own, Kakita-san. The fault is entirely mine." He bows, giving her a proper apology, then straightens. "But I will tell her what happened. I shouldn't, but I will... because honor and honesty demand it. Because..."
He left the last part unsaid, not wishing to shame himself with the admission.
