Ryoko just sweatdrops somehow, but has clearly broken a taboo at some point as she seems to be concentrating on letting her appendages go away with no luck! Finally, the bakeneko girl just sighs and relaxes into the water, offering an embarrassed smile.
"So... yeah.. my okaa-san is half-bakeneko herself," came the sheepish look from the Asako. Priya's statement causes her to smile a little and relax. "Just... don't tell anyone, please? I can be hard enough just trying to blend in."

Ryoko just sank into the waters as everyone either pretended not to notice or swore secrecy, frowning as she tries to figure out which question violated her taboo and forced the little Phoenix to take her natural form.
"Ano... how am I going to take classes tomorrow?" she realized with a frown. "I'll be like this for the next day, and it's not like the uniform has a hole for my tail."

Gahhhh! She wants to pet the poor girl. She shouldn't she shouldn't Kami damn it! She is!
She scritches behind the grils ears before she even realises what she has done, trying to comfort her but snapping her hand away and blushing bright red
"Oh Fortunes! Uhm... I mean.... You could just hide out in your room. I am sure the teachers would understand"

Ryoko began to purr lightly as she felt the ear scritches, sounding much like a kitten. She moved a little closer to Priya, eyes closed as the smile on her face from the action seemed to make her forget her own problems for the moment.

Seeing that the girl doesn't mind, Priya lets her instincts take over, and goes back to petting a scritching the gorgeous little neko.
"I am sure that the teachers will understand. You could have classmates bring you notes the next day, and some of us could come and keep you company, as we already know what is going on"

Hinata drummed her fingers on the side of the pool, thinking.
"Hm...would it be possible for you to wear pants instead of a skirt tomorrow? That way you could hide your tail down one of the pant legs. Perhaps wear a hat to cover the ears. I am sure the school would understand the uniform violation once explained, especially if you had the word of a teacher to back you up."
She nodded to Rey.
