As the morning wanes, Shosuro Saito stalks the floor of the teaching kitchen of the Fine Arts Wing of Rokugan High School, waiting for his students to arrive. Rain patters against the windows while the severe Scorpion checks and double checks all the equipment, including the well-stocked walk-in refrigerators and freezers. He also checks the sharpness of the knives; the deftness with which he wields them some might consider a rather unnerving sight and one that early-arriving students may catch him directly in the act of doing.

Into the room steps Kogeki, as early as he possibly can. He has his simple brow knife box under his arms as he gives a stiff bow. "Sensei! I am Gyushi Kogeki, here to learn" he offers waiting to be acknowledged.

"Ah, here as well, Gyushi-san?" Saito says, bowing to the student he clearly remembered from Chemistry the day before. He nods in approval to see the box. "I am glad the "Advanced" portion of this class's name was not lost on its first, eager participant. Please, take some time to familiarize yourself with the space. You'll be please to find, as I have been, that the school has spared no expense."

He gives a small bow. "Yes Sensei. Though I have um...used these kitchens before Sensei. To make appetizers for a party. I used the practice ones." he says as he walks over to a station, opening his box and sharpening his slightly blackened knives which have the symbol of the Gyushi Shugenja as well as several initials carved into the handles as he begins prepping his station for whatever they work on.

Saito pauses in his own knife work, and his eyes narrow at Kogeki as he inquires, "You acquired permission to use the school's resources?"

"Only the heat sources Sensei. All ingredients were paid for out of my own pocket. If this is incorrect I am willing to compensate the school for those head sources in labor or money. Once um...once I get my next paycheck"

"It's not about payment, it's about protocol," Saito snaps. "Did you consider the consequences of availing yourself of this equipment without asking? Insurance liability, for example? No, it seems you did not." He shakes his head.
"Your consequence is detention, here with me after lunch," he informs Kogeki, "and consider yourself fortunate that you suffered nothing worse than that while you were on the premises unsupervised."

Kogeki nods, not troubled by it. "Yes Sensei. Though I would then appreciate a location where I can practice without taking up your time. If not then I will find one off campus. I thank you for your guidance Sensei. Where do I need to be after lunch Sensei?" he knew there might be some consequence but he did have to make that impression. Though under no circumstances would he sell out the others there.

"You will report here after lunch," Saito informs him. "Looks like the rest of the students are getting out of having to clean up after themselves; you should be quite popular with your peers. As for practice... I suppose we'll be finding out how badly you need it soon, won't we?"

Koko made herself to the cooking class as she may not have an advance experience in cooking but technically candymaking is sort of advance way on cooking sugar into various shapes. Also chemistry is not that different from cooking... right? But just a single twin had made herself to class.
