Definitely not future medical personal, but maybe the worst thing that could happen in this class given who the sensei is and the student involved:
Noboru sits in the back of the class, guitar in hand as he drop tunes the instrument to a lower key. Each string hums out as it's plucked, then the tuning is altered up or down as necessary.

Tamori Yoshi also enters First Aid class, taking a seat near the middle of class. He gathered from his encounter with Noboru at the lake two nights before that the older Dragon student wasn't looking for friends, and he also didn't want to put himself so far away from the sensei. No, Yoshi was here to learn all he could about helping people in need. He didn't feel passion or pull toward much in the way of career, but he considered caring about the well-being of others to be a top priority in his life.

Hinata had debated with herself over whether to go with etiquette lessons of the first aid class. In the end, though, she decided she should go for the subject in which she had the least experience. So, here Hinata was, entering the class room for First Aid class. She bowed to Rey.
"Ah, Mirumoto-sensei. Good to see you again."
Then she noticed the kid in the back with the guitar. ...this was going to be just like Rey's last class, wasn't it? Did this girl-- no, teacher-- just attract strangeness?

Self-sufficiency is something to be considered of great use for a Dragon samurai, so Sakura makes her way into the first aid class and finds a nice quiet corner to set up in.

Once again, Momiko found herself in one of Rey-dono's classes. This time, before going to take a seat, she went up to the teacher's desk and bowed to her, "I am sorry I did not stop to say hello yesterday, Mirumoto-sensei. Mother sends her best wishes, and told me to tell you not to go easy on me."
...she tried to be at least a little quiet when she said all this; It was meant for Rey, not the whole class.

Hinata turned to Momiko and smiled. The girl was shy, but earnest, and so far appeared to be friendly. As such, Hinata liked her. She bowed to her.
"Ah, hello, Asahina-san. You're in another of Mirumoto-sensei's classes too? Would you like to work together again?"

Momiko bowed deeply to Hinata before Rey could answer, caught a bit off guard, "Hai! If group work becomes necessary, then it would be an honour, Kuni-san."
She thought about asking another question to the Kuni girl, but she did not want to cut off Mirumoto-sensei if she had any reply for her mother.

Mayumi entered the classroom humming. she stopped to bow to the teacher and fellow students. She took her seat in the front.

Rey was about to kick smelly's ass out of her classroom just to see his reactions when she ould do that, when more students start appearing. Thankful for not creating a potential misunderstanding she wouldn't have time to solve, she smiles broadly to Yoshi. What a cute little boy! "Good morning, Tamori kun!" She greets him.
And then he little star from biology enters. "Kuni chan! Welcome! It is good to see you, as well."
The Mirumoto nods in approval at the quite way Sakura entered and avoided interrupting this peaceful academic environment.
She listens to Noboru's music again, but she says nothing as Momiko, this little paragon of sweetness approaches. "I will not!" She whispers back in a playfully conspiratory way. "Tell her that I send hugs and kisses. I might be close to something new, but I'm not sure yet. I will call her once I have more to say. Until then I will just press like to her photos on facescroll." She winks. It is obvious that she is joking, of course. "How have you been doing, sweetie?" She asks her before raising her tone so that Hinata can also hear her. "Keep on with the good work. Kuni chan and you were great yesterday."
And an Agasha! The Mirumoto bows back and offers a broad smile to the student that picks the front seat. This is certainly a good sign.
All the little future scientists seem to be present. Another string is plucked. "Mirumoto kun!" She finally addresses her childhood friend. "Two more minutes before the class begins. Be prepared to go first. The question is simple and is the same for everyone." She speaks to all the students now. "'Why did I pick this class?' Your expectations and academic needs will help me teach you and will assist in avoiding any unnecessary surprises for everyone in this classroom.
