She shrugs "No sure what it is, but I am not complaining. I have felt myself improve by training with her, and no doubt will go further"

"Well, I learned I want to teach eventually, so that is something" she gives a smile "It is weird. I am probably a better wrestler than I am fencer, but I love sword fighting so much. It feels so much more elegant than anything else I do, you know?"

Kobushi notices the smile. For all the stretching and moving around that Priya is going, the Crane seems entirely unbothered.
He shifts his focus back on the project, piling on a little more clay and water. He's just under the very top now, and he needs to stand up a little to work on it properly. It won't be long before it's ready to fire.
"One of these days, I'm going to learn to work with terra cotta. Make statues of people."
