Ryoko stood slowly, wincing more because her pride was injured at her accursed luck striking in front of the Prince of all people than because of any actual injuries. The question comes and she looks over to Ichiro, head tilting slightly, “Doesn't the Tao say the greatest distress lies in one’s body as well as Tao is eternal, and we survive physical death?"
The small Asako begins brushing herself off slowly while checking for any injuries to her person. After a few moments she just lets out a sigh of relief then smiles warmly to the group.

Yoshinobu smiled with a small chuckle at the Asako's antics - some people were just clumsy, and that did not she should be shamed for it. He looked back to the others.
"I wish I had known the Fortune was even missing, and perhaps I could have helped further. Alas, there is no crying over spilled milk and what is done is done. What matters most is that the issue is resolved. To me, this seems like a bad omen. I have no memory of being a Fortune, to be perfectly honest. However, that does not necessarily rule out the possibility if you believe he is among us. May I ask how you came to that conclusion? Perhaps it will lead us towards a means to test your hypothesis."

Koko nodded. "Anoo... well the leyend of Michio and Goemon. It says Goemon was badly wounded. So, concluded that he might had died of his wound and be reborn. The other option the fortune is still living with out any recollection of his memories. I assumed he was among the Lion. And well I asked both Akodo's that I have heard about to help me. Then I remembered your father is also a Lion... well a former Lion." Koko took a bow there. "I just..."

Before she responded to Kokoro Ryoko first rushes over to check on the priestess she'd caused to fall to the ground, careful not to touch the Kuni while she inspected her for any injuries.
"Are you alright, Kuni-sama? I didn't hurt you, did I?" The ears on her head flatten a little as worry takes over her form until she's 100% certain that Hinata is fine. Paragon of Compassion and whatnot.
Once done with Hinata she looks over to Kokoro, head tilting slightly, "Isawa-san, if the Fortune of Heroes is dead that doesn't mean he reincarnated as a Lion or even the Imperial Heir." She quickly bows to Yoshinobu to show she isn't being insulting as much as trying to help teach a lesson. "I mean, it's certainly possible he is Iweko-ue, but he may have also been reborn in another clan entirely. Or in Yomi or, Kami forbid, Maigo no Musha." A pause long enough to consider, "though I would think someone who was the Fortune of Heroes didn't have their destiny thwarted."
Ryoko shrugged a little before looking to Koko with a smile, "Our destiny is not created by the shoes we wear, but by the steps we take."

Ichiro quirked an eyebrow at the small Asako girl. She was an interesting one to be certain. "Hai, but we have no real leads to go on so I figured we would start with the most influential people and work our way out from there. I am not an investigator so this type of thing is not really my forte. I'd be open to suggestions." He said with an easy smile on his lips.

Hinata nodded to Ryoko.
"I am fine, thank you. There is no need to worry."
She then looked at Koko.
"I can see the logic of what you are saying, Isawa-san. I am not sure it is accurate, but given the lack of information we have on this whole situation with Goemon...I cannot blame you for reaching such a conclusion. We are all grasping at straws."

Josuke the kenku looks dejected a bit as the group works through the issue; he didn't have a good solid answer, or even a means to figure anything out.
"How would we even tell who the Fortune is? There is no sure fire test to reveal the touch of Tengoku, is there?" the kenku was completely unsure.

Ichiro shrugs but gives the kenku a bright smile "I don't know but if anyone can find someone or something I know who to ask." he knew this kind of mystery was something that Nade might actually salivate over. "There is a hourichi at this school who is an excellent investigator if there is someone who will be able to puzzle this out she will. Don't worry Josuke-sama we'll figure this out yet!"

"Ah... Hai." Koko was somewhat deflated yet Ichiro's words made her smile. "Maybe..." She lost her line of thought. "I am not really a good investigator... my forte is hunting. We are hunting down a man?"

"We have creatures of many realms here, but if only we had an ally from Tengoku who could sense its touch. It would make things so much easier, maybe."
Yoshinobu looked to Hinata. "Are there any such spells you know of, Hinata? That might be the best place to start..."
