As the minutes tick by night comes to the Imperial city and to Rokugan High School. Citizens settle in to rest as news reports of possible fog and light showers. Another day, another spring night. But what comes is not the blanket of grey clouds or the sprinkling of water. Not even the stars visit, unable to pierce rolling clouds of sparking silver and violet. These strange colors have firmly latched themselves above the school grounds and likely the city. Of course no one can really say for certain, for a fog as thick as the Kaiu wall accompanies these strangely alien colors in the sky, obscuring all that might lie beyond the school grounds.
A warning message goes out across the school grounds, waking up those who have settled in for the next day. The school has called for an emergency assembly. Everyone is to meet on campus immediately. No one knows why.
OOC:
This will happen during the night of Day 13. If you already have a thread going on for the night, that is fine, it will simply coincide with the announcement. This is a plot event so if you wish to take part in it you should have your characters show up to the assembly. We highly encourage you to do so. The thread of the assembly will be created by one of the GM's at a later time.
If you attempt to make a call to outside of the school grounds or leave the school grounds during the night, please tag the GM's.
As another side note, day 13 news reports will indicate issue with both train and plane transportation for the day. Everything remains grounded and at station, at least for the time being.
