(OOC: See this thread for reference as to what is going on.) As students and teachers filed into the gymnasium, at so late an hour, Doji Nishikawa did his very best to maintain a visage of calm confidence. Inwardly, his mind raced. He was reminded of the Spider occupation of the Capital during the Onyx War, and how he had fled with the staff and students - saving who he could, failing some of those who fell under his protection. Those wounds still remained with him to this day, and this supernatural occurrence made them feel as if they were bleeding anew. Campus security was directing everyone on campus where to sit, and as soon as most everyone was present the meeting would begin. They knew little about what was going on, but these were the best students the Empire had to offer and its finest teachers as well. They would figure it out together, as they always did. |

Koko and Kiki were one to arrive to the gym. The Kiki seemed uneasy and Koko tried to calm her down being the reassuring sister.

Tamori Yoshi is also one of the first in the gym for the assembly, and as the other awakened students all begin filing in, he scans the crowd for any sign of those he cares about. So far, he only spies the Isawa twins, but he hopes the others will show soon. Of them all, he's most concerned to know the whereabouts of Asahina Momiko, not just because she's his girlfriend, but also because she was more likely than anyone to be out in the city at this hour rather than safely on campus. |

Kobushi follows not far behind. Much like Yoshi, he takes a moment to look around. He's concerned about where his friends are, and feels a sense of relief as he spots Yoshi and the Isawa twins. The rest are probably on their way. However, as he heads off to be seated, he can't help but feel a little alarmed. He sees no sensei that he recognizes, nor does he see Mirumoto Ryuha among the students. Whether she's simply not around or whatever's going on with the sky got to her is unknown, and Kobushi feels very concerned. |

Koshiro arrives in the gym as well. His mood is fairly dark as he glances out the window towards the strange silver and violet clouds. Just yesterday his adopted mother was talking of praying nothing would happen. The presence of these ominous clouds the very next day seemed like a cruel joke at her expense, one he did not take to kindly. He takes a seat near the others and waits to hear what the school had to say about all this.

Asako Ryoko takes a seat next to Isawa Koko and Isawa Kiki, the little Phoenix girl looking pretty tired as she waits to hear from the principal about what's going on. The young woman lets out a bit of a yawn then rests her head on the Isawa's shoulder...

Tsuki takes her own place among the groups sitting within the bleachers, her phone showing no connection from the repeated attempts to call her family or friends. A part of her wanted to commune with the kami but between getting the alert and rushing over she had never had the time. Still, she checked to see if anyone else she knew was present. Tamori Yoshi for sure, Koshiro as well, Kokoro even, but that was it for now.

Yoshinobu was the next to enter, feeling duty bound to attend and having been on campus. Whatever was happening wasn't good, but whatever was going on he would be here to face it with his future subjects. His eyes did a quick scan of the room, looking for any he recognized.

Confused, somewhat tired, and very concerned, Utaku Hisui also walks in. Her eyes scan the area for familiar faces. However, she is very much looking for a few specific faces in the crowd. Her students. Her friends. Her family. Her wife.
As she moves around, she does spot a few faces she recognizes. But not enough. She chooses to linger near the entrance.

Hinata entered next, he face a cool mask of neutrality. Of course, those who knew her could probably tell she was worried. She did a quick scan of the room and was glad to find that most of her friends were present. Though...where was Nadeshiko? Or Priya? Or Mako? She knew Mako lived off campus, and it was likely that Priya was there with her, so they may not even show up. The best Hinata could do was hope they were alright. She hoped Nadeshiko would be along soon, though. If she could, she would have called them, but her phone was not working. It seemed likely that other phones would not be working either.
Resigned to having to wait, she took a seat.
