He chuckled and looked at her a hint of hunger in his eyes "there may be a bit of time left after eating we could find someway to work off the meal."

She could totes be gentle. Like with babies and kitties and Aiko and such.

"Don't know you didn't give the impression last time we were together. I suppose I still have a lot to learn about you" he squeezed her knee "I look forward to it." He said with a smile as the food arrived.
Akane's ambitious meal took a good bit of the table barely leaving any space for Ichiro's meager by comparison dish but they made it work.

Akane was a fast eater... but not a sloppy one, in the slightest. She was simply quick with her chopsticks.
"Well, I mean, in a sense, I suppose you're not totally wrong..."

Ichiro wasn't a slow water on a normal date but Akane was quicker than him by a fair margin. "I don't think it's a bad thing, it's one of the things I enjoy about spending time with you."

She chuckled lightly, pausing a bit in the meal, "I appreciate that; Being accepted for who you are is always a great feeling."
The food here was quite good really, Akane decided; Coming back wouldn't be a bad thing, certainly. If only it was closer to campus... but then, that was also a good thing, in this case.

"Of course I accept you as you are, how could I do anything else? You are an amazing woman and I'm honored to be able to spend some time together with you." he said smiling at her then continuing to eat his meal. When he had more money he'd have to bring Akane back here sometime he wanted to try a few other things on the menu.
