As Aiko would recall, that was the same story Tetsuko had stuck with through most of her resulting punishment last year.

Sochu is powerful stuff," Aiko says, sighing and doing her job as a responsible adult to keep the students from dying due to their own overconfidence and sense of invulnerability. After all, she remembers this age. She did plenty of stupid things she regretted later, not that she'd admit it in front of the students.

"After all, it's a samurai's job to make sure he keeps himself from intoxication and inebriation, isn't it?"

"Well, he still should've been prepared at it's strength. It's not like that information is exactly unknown..." Tetsuko slides lower into the water, blowing slow bubbles with her mouth. She did actually feel bad about that night. A night of violent vomiting from alcohol poisoning isn't something Tetsuko would wish on anyone.
At Priya's note, she perks up a little. "Well, you'd better." she says with a chuckle.
