[Day 1 - Before Class] The first morning (open)

Kangei drifts into the room eyes the bust space full of other teachers getting ready for the day. He was wearing more modern clothes than when He had met them all yesterday, opting for a button up with a black jacket over it with some black pants. Kangei's eyes looked more grey than blue today. He bows to all present "Good morning everyone I hope you slept well." Kangei smiles and bows again to the new teacher, at least he thought she was a teacher but she looked so young however it is usually safest to go with the most logical answer. "Hello this one is called Asahina Kangei, I teach etiquette and courtier studies."

Kangei also notices Umeko and gives her an uncharacteristic smile against his usually reserved nature. "And good morning to you Umeko-san, are we still on for lunch today?"

Genji noticed Umeko's fluster and walked up to her, placing a hand on the ronin woman's shoulder. He offered it a gentle squeeze, noting, "One of the hands needs some help with a pregnant mare so I'll have to cancel on our nightly barhop, Umeko-san. But I'll talk to you later, alright?"

So many older people who already know each other while she is just a passerby watching them have fun. It's like high school all over again. Some might try to befriend her, but she will never become a part of their inner circle. Oh, well! That is the fate of any scientist. She will endure!

The Dragon bows to the newcomer, as well. "Mirumoto Rey, attending general surgeon in Mirumoto Central and the new doctor in campus. I will be teaching first aid and biology." She repeats yet another time and smiles broadly. "It is a pleasure to meet you." Then she  conveniently finds herself in a nice corner, out of the spotlight, from where she can watch the older kids play.

Kangei notices the Otomo's and also notes that is not the first time she has looked at him like that. She was a lovely woman but a tad vain. She's so lovely she's likely never dealt with a man that can ignore her looks and is harder to tempt. What's the matter afraid of an actual challenge Otomo-san? Kangei thinks to himself as he gives the Otomo a smile.
