If he is troubled by this he dosn't show it. "Yes Sensei. I will be here." he spots the little one coming in and gives her a quiet nod before he continues to prep his station.

Walking in a little after the Phoenix, Natsu quietly enters, moving to a place, observing the others quietly. In the end, she moves over again, stopping next to Kokoro. "Greetings, Isawa-san," she says softly. "Are you still silent?"

Natsu bows towards the spider cautiously as he waves, looking at the plushie. "Well, I'm sure you and Fenne will have time to hang out after school, today, right? It's a short day, after all."

"So... this is all, then?" Saito surveys the three students with a frown. "No culture among your peers, it seems. Well, I can at least respect that perhaps they were accepting of their limitations and did not want to take on a class they could not handle." He looks to each one in turn, sizing them up.
"I trust you all noticed the "Advanced" portion of the class title?" he asks. "We will not be learning in the class how to crack an egg, bowl water, or make toast. So please, if any of you lack any of the three skills I just metioned, do us all a favor and just walk out right now."

Koko looked at Natsu and smiled. "We are having a family gathering for dinner at Hinoken's" She whispered as the sensei started the class.

Kogeki gives a small nod at the instructions, standing at attention. This was the most important class in the world to him and he wouldn't let him down.

Natsu nods as well, looking only slightly more trepidated than usual, nodding at the Isawa next to her with an interested expression, but clearly not going to say anything when sensei is talking.

"Good, you're all still here," Saito observes. "As I said, this class is not for basics; it is one in which you will learn subtlety, precision, and a little bit of chemistry as well. If you don't know what molecular gastronomy is, your homework is to look it up. Your assignment now is to, speaking of eggs, make a dish with some. And don't make a whole bloody cake, just cook a damned egg. But impress me! Go!" He waves them off, with the amply stocked kitchen of RHS at their full disposal.
