"because my Father and brother often get hurt in the kitchen, someone has to patch them up right?" she said jokingly. "besides it is a very useful skill to have." she said with a bright smile. Realizing he'd fallen a bit behind due to trying to reach out to Sakura and not get left behind without a partner, if one was even needed, Yoshi stands and also answers the sensei's question as to why he took the class. "I want to be able to help people in need, Mirumoto-sensei," he tells Rey, bowing. After he resumes his seat, he frowns at how generic the answer had been. It was, however, completely the truth. |

Hinata chuckled. "None taken. Sometimes I think there might be a bit of Crane in mine. My parents always question why I'm interested in poetry and socializing." "...I suppose I can't think of any famous Kuni poets, no. Not many Crab either. B-But you could be the first then!" If she was supposed to be answering Rey's question, then it escaped her. |

Hinata then realized with some embarrassment that she had gotten so engrossed in her conversation that she had forgotten about the class. She was being the very kind of person she hated!
"Hopefully, but we should pay attention to class now, yes?"
Hinata turned her attention to Rey and stood up.
"I am taking this class because I hope to eventually become a medical researcher, Mirumoto-sensei."
Hinata then bowed and took her seat, smiling at Momiko and gesturing towards the front of the class subtly with her head. The girl was shy, Hinata wagered she might need the encouragement.

"Well, a future hermit, some very compassionate young samurai and a researcher in her very first steps. I hope that you are as excited as I am for this experience!" The Mirumoto beams to each one of her students before turning her laptop on. "We will begin with a quick reference to the various systems of the human body. Does anyone have something they want to add before we proceed?" He eyes fall on Momiko briefly, but she doesn't really want to put any pressure on the girl. She will have to talk with her at some point and help her open up. She has her mother's genes which means that she has a bright future awaiting for her in the medical field. She just needs to realise it.

"Excuse me, Sensei." Tetsuko offers, slipping in as quietly as she can in the back of the room. Bowing, she adds "I apologize for my lateness." She finds an empty seat in the back, settling into it without much fuss.

Noboru turned and noticed Tetsuko entering, but then turned his attention back to the front of the classroom even though the look in his eyes had him a million miles away. Then Rey asked if anyone had any questions and he just smirked a little.
"I have one, Mirumoto-sensei." Yoshi and Sakura would note a lot more respect in his tone than he had for Sakura's own mother two nights earlier. "When you say quick, do you mean a five minute rundown or is this like the time you tried to quickly explain the respiratory system and it took 45 minutes?"
The nature of the question made it sound as though he had taken one of her classes before.

"It is fine, Doji chan. We were just making an introduction regarding everyone's expectation." The Mirumoto addresses Tetsuko when Noboru's question hits her like a brick straight to the head. "As quickly as you can explain the reproductive system between mumbling and blushing." She responds with her normal sweet tone. "Happy now that you know, Mirumoto kun?"

Hinata turned to glare at Nomoru. If another of Mirumoto-sensei's classes was interrupted, she was going to get mad. Then Rey addressed him, and Hinata looked back to the front of the classes, praying there would be no more interruptions.

"Our... expectations?" Tetsuko asks, tilting her head curiously.
And here I was thinking I'd just pick up some skills in case a fight got too out of hand...
... again.
The Doji girl does not express her thoughts, however, and instead finds her notebook in her bag along with a pen, opening it and preparing to take notes as needed.

Sakura just looks a bit blank at the question of expectations, as after all, this was a first aid class. How could one have expectations of what will happen beyond learning the basics of taking care of injuries.
