Kogeki has been wandering ever since his date earlier. Out in the rain he is drenched, he has a slight bit of a cough and after the phone-call he had his eyes are red from crying. Taking off his jacket and shirt, standing bare-chested in the Juijitsu Dojo he wraps his arms and hands and begins slowly practicing his boxing on one of the practice bags. Left, right, left right. Water falls down his drenched hair and tears still fall from his eyes as the bare chested Spider works out his anger and pain on the target.
First the target was Hinata which caused him to pause. He couldn't blame her. He shouldn't. Part of him hated her for it, but.... Then the Prince. It was illegal or something he was sure. But he hated the boy he barely knew for just...being better. Maybe if Kogeki was born rich, or powerful or with anything other then his one talent he would have been able to keep her. Then at himself. Shouido said he should have kept her. He could have kept her. But he would have to live the rest of his life knowing she had chosen him over her dreams. Even if the Prince thing didn't work out, she had to try.
"DAMMIT!" he shouts out, unable to even find someone to blame for his pain and rage as he begins to just punch the bag in a flurry of blows that are more desperate anger then practice.

The young Unicorn had come looking for the Kyujutsu dojo to get some practice in. Still feeling pathetic after her failure at free running. While the wounds she had sustained had been mostly healed. Though still covered in bandages from where she had fallen on her face. She still felt hideous and ashamed. No doubt Kakita Isao thought less of her. She gripped her Dai-Kyu tightly. So lost in her thoughts she hadn't realized she was lost and found herself in the Juijitsu Dojo. She saw the young spider taking out his anger on the punching bag. She watched as he progressively got angrier and angrier. She kind of knew how it felt. Silently she entered the dojo and took a seat. Watching him. As dishonorable as it was to show that much emotion. She envied him and his ability to feel. She gripped her Dai-Kyu tightly in her hand again. Biting her lower lip. She had no idea what it was that drove him to such anger. Whatever it was though he at least had an outlet. Here she was doing what she would always do. Bottle the emotions away. Slowly becoming more and more the doll she knew her parents saw her as. She hears him and scream and wishes she could scream as well. Instead she merely sits there in silence watching him.

The Spider is now lashing out with all his limbs. He was trained in no Dojo but life among the spider is rough and he knew how to tumble. Hands, shoulders, knees and even kicks fly at the bag in a flurry of blows that makes him look more like a Spider. The fact that half of them miss in his rage might be lost on others. It is then he begins headbutting the bag in his frustration. "Fuck fuck FUUUUCK" he screams before the bag swings too hard and knocks him back on his ass. He scrambles to his feet in rage to try and punish it for it's rudeness when he turns and spots the unicorn watching him. "Uh..shi..I.. cra. Sorry." is all he blurts back, fighting off his tears as he moves to try to grab his stuff.
Idiot. Even in his anger he forgot that this place was filled with honorable Samurai. If they thought he was some thug? Some violent hooligan he would be sent home with no chance of ever seeing his own dream met. A dream that soon turned to ashes as he remembers his own wording. To serve a meal to the Emperor. Perhaps a wedding meal? He stops, hand clenching in rage again but back turned to the girl so she couldn't see.

Utaku Hitomi had watched the display in front of her. Her grip only tightening. She looked to the floor. "I-..." Her words caught in her throat. She had wanted to scold the spider for his tantrum but couldn't find the voice to do so. She took a deep breathe and looked up at him again. "I'm sorry... I don't know what happened... I'm sorry that it upset you so." She puts her bow down and walks over to Gyushi Kogeki. "I'll admit... I'm jealous though." She stares at his back. "You can yell and curse and be mad. I'm jealous... If my parents found out they'd be furious with me. A samurai can never feel. That's what mother always told me. It would be dishonorable. Yet... does it make you feel better to yell and curse and be mad at things?"

He sighs lightly, the kind voice bringing him down somewhat but he answers in his hoarse voice. "Hey I, I'm sorry if I scared you but, yeah. Just need to work some stuff out." he turns around to face her, wiping tears from his eyes as he tries to regain some of his calm. Looking over the strange bandaged gentle thing. "You can if you wan't. I won't tell. Ain't my business if you need to yell and curse." he says before he looks down. "A lil? Not too much, still hurts. But at least I can feel like I can do something about it other then just sit and feel miserable."

Post by Suzume Suzaku on Jan 26, 2018 15:28:04 GMT -5
Suzaku glided in, sadness breaking his usual smiling eyes as he moved immediately to the weight bench and began racking up a bit more weight than last night. Lying back and brushing his long, dark hair aside he began bench pressing, once again seeking to find strength and endurance through hard training and practice. The combined pain of Day 1 of Heavy Weapons and Day 2 of Roller Derby was something he had to shut out. This was a test of physical stamina and will as much as his ability to continue driving the weight.
He grunted in pained and angry exertion as he pushed again. He wouldn't be weak again. He wouldn't fail. He would endure.

The young Utaku shakes her head. "Where it that I could." She looks at her hand. "As I said I envy you. Even here I cannot..." She shakes her head and turns around going to pick up her Dai-Kyu. "I'm sorry you were hurt. You seem very kind. Bad things shouldn't happen to nice people. At least that's what I like to think." She offers the boy a small smile. "My name is Hitomi. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

Kogeki has yet to notice the Suzume and instead just gives a sheepish shrug to the Unicorn, trying to stop the tears from running from his eyes. "It uh.. It just happens sometimes. I just need to find a way forward you know. Find a new goal." he says before taking a few more sniffles. "Gyushi Kogeki, sorry im such a kami-dammed mess right now. Just.. yeah rough night."

She nods her head. Still giving him a small smile. She turns around and begins to walk away before pausing. "Ummm..." She turns to face him her eyes angled towards the floor. She was still uncomfortable with her face all bandaged up. A Samurai should never show weakness. "I don't know you to well Gyushi-San but if you want to talk about it... I can try listening..." She looks away from him. "Umm... No I'm sorry... I'm trying to.. fly... and I don't really know how."

Kogeki takes a breath. "It's not too much to talk about Hitomi-sama. Girl stuff. She found someone better so I let her go. Just, mad I don't know better. But uh fly? Your better at flying then you think. Though im gonna be honest, no idea what flying means."
