Kogeki gives a small blink at the paper and a confused sad smile. "Uh...thanks?" he asks looking down at the paper. He places it in his pocket hoping it dosn't get wet. "Well, now im confused too." he mutters to himself before he grabs his stuff, moving to head out into the rain.
