Ichiro places his hands over his mouth in mock embarrassment "Oh Doji-san you are the sweet one, I am just telling the truth."
Ichiro laughed at her reply "I'll hold you too that, I could turn around and sell them for double" he says with a joking tone "but you certainly don't lack for confidence do you Doji-san? Not that you would have a reason to." He said as he gave Hoshiko an appreciative look. she was a remarkable girl after all; beautiful, talented, interesting, and fun.
"As for the history stuff" his cheeks turn a little red "Yeah I guess you could say that is like my nerdy thing. It was the one thing my father tried to teach me that I actually enjoyed. The books are pretty dry unless you're into that kind of stuff but they can you a lot not just about battles but about life and stuff."

"You have to be full of confidence to play in front of thousands in a packed arena Akodo-senpai. Luckily, I have plenty to spare! And i don't think you'll sell the signed copy, after all it'll be signed by a friend, right?" She winked, grinning before nodding "and we all need some kinda nerdy side, right? I like to read a lot, even if I've not read history. I'm not really a fighter, I couldn't tell you which way to hold a sword let alone get into fighting, but I'm...kind of studying a battle for economics, so maybe I'll look into military history as well seeing as you're looking into my awesome music!"
The food arrived then, perfect timing!
"Ohh, this looks good."

and look good indeed Ichiro had a deep appreciation for good food. He knew absolutely nothing about cooking but had a ravenous appetite and anything that helped him enjoy feeding it was ok in his book. "Fair enough I suppose, a little exchange of interests. Man this does look delicious, if it's even half as good as it looks I'll owe you big time!"

"You'll be forever in my debt then Akodo-senpai" Hoshiko giggled, giving a quick prayer of thanks before she started on the food.

Ichiro devoured his meal, it was a s delicious as Hoshiko had promised. The volcano roll definitely had a kick to it but Ichiro adored spicy food. "Yup you're right I owe you forever." Ichiro laughs as he sets his chop sticks aside.
He gives Hoshiko a broad smile, "perhaps I could pay you back by taking you out to dinner sometime tomorrow or the next night?"

"Sounds lovely! I won't even suggest anywhere, so it'll be a surprise" she gave him a thumbs up "how about in two days? That way, you have time to plan it so you can really spoil me" she giggled at that "I'll need your number though, and you'll need mine."

Score! Ichiro thought in his mind as she agreed to go to dinner with him, who would believe that he some general's son would end up securing a date for a famous rockstar. Ichiro pulls his phone out and exchanges numbers with Hoshiko. "Good then, it's a date." Ichiro says with a big grin on his face, sitting back in his chair.

"Only choir for sure, I mean it's kind of obvious I would go for the musical ones" Hoshiko grinned "hopefully I can lead and inspire them to even greater things! I don't know what else..I kind of promised my roommate that I'd do roller derby, but I'm not really all that athletic. I'm kinda weak and frail compared to bushi! What about you? What interests you for clubs?"
