Mochihiko is idly walking from booth to booth when he notices the pathetic Scorpion crossing the courtyard. That is fortunate. It saves him the trouble of actually texting him and arranging for a meeting.
The Otomo walks up faster and catches up on him. He lays his hand on the boys shoulder. "Yoruga kun? Just the person I wanted to see."

Yoruga was heading to the Greenhouse and of course the Fortunes decided to put the person he least wanted to meet. He couldn't avoid a painful grimace as he touched his shoulder. Even the t-shirt bothered him and he had yet to do anything about the numerous scratches. The Imperial's words meant he was on trouble.
Could he possibly know already?
"Ohaiyo, Mochi-kun. Blessings upon you and yours. You were looking for me?"

"Yes!" He fakes some enthusiasm. "Haven't I told you that we two are going to meet regularly and discuss things? That was quite an omission on my part, if I didn't. But we are practically best buds right now bonded by the same motivation, no?"

"You haven't." He replied and stopped by a stand. He sat on it and opened his backpack.
"Do you want an energy drink?" He suggested as he took one out for him and put it on the stand next to him, since he needed his hands to roll.
I am not ready for this.
"I guess the well-being and happiness of your sister could serve as something like that." He tentatively agreed.

"No, thank you, I'm fine." He responds to his offer. "Yes, that is one of our newly found bonds. Let's start with that. How are things going between you two? I would hate to believe that you don't treat her fairly, but you would never do that, Yoruga kun, right?"

He rolled his eyes at the last question. He lit up his cig and opened the can.
"Things are great between us." He responded preferring to ignore the last part.
What am I supposed to say to that?

He shrugged.
"I am unworthy of her trust. She is much better than I deserve and yet she choose me to be her boyfriend. Seriously man, give me a break. I can't do this right now and anything I tell you will just make things worse."

"Yes, Mochi chan chose you, but you seem miserable and full of doubts. I just wish to assist you so that she becomes happier in process, as well. Why do you think that you are unworthy of her and her trust? Relationships tend to boost one's confidence. Don't tell me that this is some form of self pity?"

"It's not that and trust me I have even more reasons to feel good." He shrugged. He could hear his grandfather screaming in his head.
"I'm unworthy of her because I can't do half of the things I want. The only way I could protect her from my clan was to tell them about the Storm King. Thus I earned the right of be part of the decision making. It is big. My Clan Champion sent us new orders overnight. I was even given funding, when my research has never given any attention. My current orders are to marry your sister. I will not even share the other scenarios. I was accused by my clanmates of pleading while I shut them down."
He gulped.
"I can't even claim being loyal to her. My ex ambushed me in my room and I broke. I spent lunch having sex with her and as much as I hate to admit it, it was awesome."
He turned to look at him.
"Do you see why your timing is not good? I need to go to the greenhouse, heal my self, check if the scratches and the bitemarks can be hidden, try meditating and get ready to spend my time in detention with your sister and your cousin, who actually threatened me with death. You Otomo need to work your lines better. It's becoming old."
