"I don't think so, Momiko-san." He replied as he got up and signed up his name. Once done he returned to his seat in the back.
"I don't care about the captaincy and I am pretty sure that you will be a great leader for this group."

"Is that so? Well... was there a procedure to deciding these things? I am willing to use what knowledge I have to help things along, if that's what it takes."

Tsuki was just as quick to write down her name on the sheet, happy to join the club for the sake of learning a bit more about things. "If you wish to have the captain role, go for it. I will freely admit you probably know more than I when it comes to gardening itself," She said with a smile as the young lady set down the pen for the sign in sheet.

Umeko smiled at Momiko, seeming unconcerned. "Please, I am only here as an advisor. Clubs are not classes, after all, and should be dealt with within the students as much as possible. If everyone agrees to have you as their captain, Asahina-san, then I of course have no objections."
