Otomo Mochihiko heads to the booth that was prepared for the debate club. He looks around him. No one else is here. The Imperial signs his name and sits in the empty chair behind the desk. "I can be the captain even with no crew." He whispers to himself.

Tarik had spotted the Imperial and followed him. He would have even if he wasn't looking for clubs to join. As his friend spoke to himself he chuckled.
"Aye, aye, captain." He greeted him.

"It is either that or matchmaking. Not sure about which one to choose." He replied.
"If it's gonna be just of that, I am gonna stick to this one though."

Kangei strides into the room wearing an impeccable deep blue suit with a spotless, crisp white under shirt, no tie, with the top button undone and his feet clad in pricey shiny black shoes. He smiles warmly to the two boys. "well are you here for the debate team gentlemen? I believe I am to be the sort of faculty adviser/coach for this club. It is a pleasure to see you again Tarik-san and it is nice to meet you Otomo-san, this one is Asahina Kangei professor of courtier studies and etiquette here at RHS."

Tarik bowed in return.
"Peace and prosperity, Asahina-sensei. It is indeed a great pleasure to meet you again. Allow me to introduce you to my dearest friend and most probably captain of this club, Otomo Mochihiko-sama. Among his various accomplishments he has successfully managed the docks of your Capital the last couple of years."

The Otomo rises from his seat and bows to the sensei. "Blessings of the fortunes, Asahina sansei. Mochihiko of the Otomo, as it was mentioned. A pleasure and an honor to be coached by you this coming semester." The young man looks towards Tarik. "We can always debate the captainship and persuade you that resistance is futile." He teases him a bit.

"When a scion of the Imperial families of Rokugan wants something, only foolish men stand in his way. You are welcomed to claim the captainship of this group my friend. I will be happy to be your, how you called that, first mate?" He smiled at him.
He opened his fan and beneath it whispered to him.
"I might though expect your support in some of the other clubs."
