"Hai... I know." She said to the first bit, but... the second part was more important. She watched Hisui's expression, and held the sensei close to her, as she asked. It was important to Mako to ask it, but she didn't mean to stir up something like that. To make Hisui upset again. She had only meant to be honest, and to ask for honest advice, "Honestly... nothing has happened yet." It was true. Nothing had happened. Sure she seduced a sensei into giving her her number, and given up her apartment address, and made plans to meet up to do something. But nothing had happened. She didn't want Hisui to worry - but she also didn't want Hisui to judge her friend, potentially.
"Some of the Sensei are just... very attractive. And well..." Hesitation, "Which ones make you nervous...? I can at least swear to not pursue them..."

"It's alright. I'm just...you know, a little protective. It's a sensitive topic for me."
She holds her Mako tighter. Relief fills her when the little Otomo says nothing has happened. She wants to protect Mako from all the evils of the world. From it's Eun-soos. She knows she can't; the memory of her most recent failures burns in the back of her mind. But maybe, just maybe, she can try to nudge the girl away from the ones that could hurt the most. Nothing's happened yet. It's only been five days. Even the best seductress in Toshi Ranbo took weeks to break me down.
"I know. Believe me, I know," she says, perhaps trying to reassure Mako. "As for the ones that concern me most, that would be Otomo Katsumi. I...I don't know what her game is, but she reminds me too much of a predator. The one who...no, you don't need to know what happened to me, because I would rather die than let it happen to you or anyone else. But just be careful around her."
"As for who your mysterious sensei is...you're a smart girl, but that's not always enough. Some of them might outmaneuver you, some of them might take advantage of you. A good one would find a reason not to let you pursue them. A dangerous one would let you think you were in control."

Mako was held tight, and she squeezed back. Why did Mako do so? Because Hisui did it, and Mako didn't need to know every reason Hisui was upset, she just needed to return the affection, and make sure she wouldn't worry so greatly. And so she hugged back, and smiled into the hug, "You don't have to tell me what happened to you. Thank you though." She nuzzled her way into Hisui, trying to show her affection, her caring. It wasn't too much, she just wanted to show it a little more than the squeeze. Perhaps it was too much. She didn't really know how to show the affection.
"I'll be extra careful. If it's a Sensei. I swear. And... if it goes wrong, I'll call you. That moment. I swear I won't hide it from you." She squeezed once more, "But hopefully it won't be a problem at all."

She lets Mako sink deeper into the hug, into that affection. That concern. It eases her worries a little. Just a little. There would always be something for Hisui to worry about; it was in her nature. She made herself concerned for others, though Fuyuko's calm, often rational, demeanor had begun to wither away at the more self-destructive instincts. Mako was so young. So sure of herself. And those made for good targets, Hisui knew. If the squeeze was too much, if the closeness was too great, she didn't show it. Maybe it wasn't. Or maybe Hisui was just that worried.
As if a hug could somehow shelter Mako from the cruelties of the world.
"You call me. Right away," she says. "No one is going to hurt you. And if they do, they will answer to your family."
The wording is vague, but the intent is clear. It is not the Otomo that Hisui means.
"If you can't find me, Fuyu-chan. Or Aiko-chan. Or Akane-chan. I would trust them with my life. And I trust them with yours."

Mako held the affection, keeping herself in close. She enjoyed it, the warmth. It actually made her feel tired. She didn't realize how heavy her eyes felt from all the crying, until she was in the warm embrace, so close like this. She still had a party to do later that night... but either way, she was comfortable at this point, happy to listen to Hisui's heartbeat along with her words, and just rest for a moment.
And then the final name for who she trusted with her life ate away the last of the few worries she had about the Sensei. At least it worked out that she ended up charming one that was good in Hisui's mind. "Thank you. For having me as part of your family."

"Of course. How could I possibly not welcome you into mine?"
She gives that little Otomo one good smile. No doubt she had plans. She was a student. Students always seemed to have plans late into the night and well into morning. As much as she'd like to ask Mako to stay over, to relax in a place where Hisui could keep her safe just for a little while, she knew she had to let go.
"Do you have any plans?" she asks, just to be sure. "I wouldn't want to keep you from whatever date or party you have in mind. Oh, will you need help getting out?"
She gestures to a most curious thing. A cardboard box.
"Akiha's idea. She said to keep one around in case I ever needed to sneak a very short girl out of my room."

She stirred, not letting herself fall asleep, because that would be silly, rubbing at her eyes she nodded, "Yeah... Shiko-chan got broken up with. So we're hosting a sleepover at my house, with all her friends. To cheer her up." She stretched, letting go of Hisui finally, and sitting up enough to see the cardboard box. "I should... get an energy drink or something on the way home..."
A laugh at the box does come though, "Your daughter knows you have a type, it seems." She teased the Utaku, with a little smile, "But I'm fine with just walking out. It makes it seem more suspicious if you sneak me... like we've done something wrong."

"Shiko? Oh, the rock star." She shrugs. She had seen the girl, heard her voice. It was good, but Hisui had heard vastly superior ones in her time. She'd gone to school with one. "You're going a good thing, cheering a friend up. Just don't party too much, alright?"
At the joke about the box, she smiles. "What can I say? I apparently like girls I can carry in my arms." She laughs. "But be careful, alright? It's late. Strange things lurk around this school at night."

Mako stood up, with a smile to Hisui, "I won't party too hard. One drink, at most. Promise." She would keep that promise - if only because one drink was enough to have Mako very drunk, with her terrible alcohol tolerance. She stretched her back, dramatically siiiighing.
"I'm sure if she's anything like me, she'd adore being carried like that." It wasn't sad, or meant to be shitty, it was just... the truth, Mako loved being carried, be it by Hisui or Priya or anyone else who wanted to try, "I'm sure I'll be fine tonight. Unless some cute girl decides to cross my path and lead me off~" A wink. Mako was ready to go, and had already grabbed her phone and headphones, moving towards the door, "...Thank you, though. For everything."

Hisui smirks. "She practically jumps into my arms sometimes."
"And you're welcome. Thank you. For forgiving me." A pause. "Now go. Before I end up crying again."
