Fuyuko watches the students carefully, bowing to each as they enter before she pulls the items out of the box. One of them was a formal writ of testimony. A knife as well as a Kitsuki Kit and a formal challenge of combat. She looks out to the various students. "None of you were late do not worry. Class is beginning now however if I could have your attention." she says softly, giving conversations a chance to wind down.

Rodrigo turned his attention to the front of the class, and looked at the things arrayed on the desk. Well, this was going to be interesting.

Tarik took a seat and sipped from his coffee. He had managed to piss Fuyu last time, he had no intention to do so again.

Fuyuko glares at the girl before she clears her throat. "Class. Who here knows what constitutes evidence of a crime in Rokugon"

Tsuki mentally noted the one god for later. She'd have to respond to Tarik and let him know her own clubs, but with class starting she opted to take her seat and leave it at that.
Tsuki added on to the answer, "Some physical evidence is also officially recognized, but only the most direct and obvious inferences can be taken from it." Of course, other evidence never hurt ones case either.

Natsu pipes up a bit hesitantly. "Judgment from the heavens as well, right?" her soft voice barely reaches through the room."

Rodrigo began to look confused and concerned as the 'evidence' was listed off. Testimony, specifically from a powerful person? Circumstantial evidence? Divine judgement? Rodrigo wasn't a detective or anything, but even he knew about forensics. He'd watched CSI before.
"...DNA analysis?" he said, sounding entirely unsure.
