Waiting until he sees her give the signal Ichiro sets off at top speed dashing towards Tsubasa his legs pumping and his heart pounding. He gets in range and extends out the baton attempting to maintain speed with Tsubasa and waits until she gets a firm grip on it. Baton pass: 9, 9, 7, 5 |

It seems that even though her and Ichiro weren't the best Relay runners they still managed to pass the baton without dropping it, the most important part of the whole process. Relay Race: 7, 3, 2, 1 |

Koshiro nods and gives the Crane a thumbs-up. After catching his breath, he goes over to the starting line with baton in hand and waits for Kobushi to get into position as well. The Crane gets into position, readies himself. He watches the others for a bit before giving the ronin the signal to get this thing going. Seeing Kobushi in position, Koshiro readies himself, then takes off with the baton. As he nears the Crane, he swings his arm forward to pass the baton... ((Baton Pass Roll: 9 9 3 1 No matches  )) Aaand the baton slides out from his hand. Was it because of the rain? Sweat from his hand? A combination of both perhaps? Who could say? Regardless, Koshiro could only watch as the baton slides out from his hand and falls to the ground. He winces and curses inwardly. Baka Koshiro. Baka. |

Ichiro turns to Yasuki Tsubasa "well beautiful and talented, you did a great job Yasuki-san." he says with a big smile on his face. "I bet we could do do pretty well in a relay together." |
