Yokohime was looking at the fridge for her usual bottle of water. She probably will go to the ice cream shop later. She was hoping that the fortunes were kind to her and let her meet some of the sensei of the school, specially Kitsune Bokaru and Shosuro Saito . The girl sat there wondering.

"It seems we were to meet again in all three; thunder, lightning, and rain, Yokohime-san," observes the next teacher to enter the lounge at lunchtime. Shosuro Saito bows to his fellow Scorpion before striding over to the window and looking out onto the Campus. Thunder crashes almost in perfect time with the flash outside that briefly illuminates the gloomy downpour.
"I didn't have any classes today; should've just stayed at home," he grunts testily. "But no, I had to come in to do a bit of lingering paperwork, and now I find the forecast calls for this not to let up until evening. Perhaps there will be something of a break soon, in which I might make my way back to my apartment."

"Well, Shosuro sama if you need an escort that at least lowers the intensity of the storm I am the one to better come by. I am one of the few that follow Yoritomo's Thunder school." Yoko nodded to the man.

The fortunes indeed smiled on the young looking scorpion as Bokaru strode into the room and offered the current occupants a friendly bow and had his usual vaguely pleasant smile on his face, "good afternoon I hope the fortunes have smiled on you both today."

"The Fortunes are positively weeping, Kitsune-san, or hadn't you noticed?" Saito says, gesturing to the rain outside. "Yokohime-san here has however just offered to escort me to the Teacher's Apartments, so I suppose there is a small bright spot to be had."

"I am weather witch or so we were called back then." She sighed. "I wonder if there are still people that study the weather patterns as the Yoritomo did."

Bokaru looked out the window "so they are Shosuro-san, hopefully whatever has caused them such sorrow will be rectified soon." for all the world his tone made it difficult to tell how much of what he said was metaphor or if he was 100% serious.

"Don't you former Mantis have support group meetings or something?" Saito asks both of them, mainly based on Yokohime's uncertainty about the continuing of certain typically Yoritomo studies.
"I don't know why, but the thought of you two, the gardener, and that poor Tsuruchi girl all sitting in a circle talking about your feelings seems quite plausible," he says, half shrugging. "Especially the last one, come to think of it; better she talk about them than eat them, after all. Plus, she's out one husband now, thanks to her betrothed becoming a fugitive from the law." He talked about it as casually as he might discuss her misplacing a piece of jewelry.

"I doubt the younger generations know about the disbanding of the clan." Yokohime shrugged. "Besides those who have lived in ningendo know what happened and don't need to get together to plot to regain the clan."

Bokaru simply shrugged "I have no desire to attempt and dislodge fate from its current course. I go where it takes me. If that leads to the restoration of my clan this is wonderful but for no I am free, I have the Kitsune, and I have my passion. I want for little else."
