Suzaku entered, clad in white hakama and kimono made of coarse burlap. Secured at his side were two simple brown saya with his daisho, and a bag was slung over his shoulder likely containing his iaito and other gear. He bows respectfully with a bright smile and takes his seat near the back. It's better that one of as little skill as he not try and draw too much attention on the first day.

Fuyu nods back to the students who ackholage her before she raps on the floor hard with her parasol. THUMP THUMP. She chose this one special today, with a bamboo core good for making noise, and beating students. Standing she removes her sword and sheath from her belt. Looking back expectantly at the other students before she holds the sword flat in her two hands and ritualistically begins to bow to each of the banners of the various combat schools. First the Imperials. Then the Crane. Then the Dragon. After doing so she walks over to the sword rack and sets hers down, waiting expectantly at the others. She leans on her parasol with both hands, looking like a pretty female goth version of Yoda before she says in her soft voice, a sound which is load and clear in the acoustics of the Dojo. "This one is Doji Fuyuko, Magistrate of the Crane and Kakita trained duelist and she will be your Iaido instructor. When class begins every morning you are to show respect to the banners of those who have taught us, and place your sword on the rack unless instructed otherwise. Is this understood?"

Suzaku bowed with a quiet "hai" then imitates the sensei before placing his sword on the rack and quietly returning to his sport. He also looked at the predominately right handed class and hoped his left handed draw and left handedness wouldn't single him out too much, but it was too late to change his form at this point.

As Kakita Isao finally introduced him to Daidoji Kobushi he bowed. "A pleasure Daidoji-sama. Thank you for your kindness in teaching me manners, I will hold your lesson close at heart." He didn't even notice the Lion, or Daidoji Satoru since Doji Reiha has showed up. He bowed to the two Cranes and Ichiro Priya . "Forgive me my fiance just arrived and I need to join her. It was a pleasure seeing you Ichiro-sama, Daidoji-sama and Kakita-sama. I suspect we will be seing each other often in the future." He excused himself. With that he left and approached Reiha. He bowed to her. "Good morning, Doji-sama. Have you had rice today?" He greeted her in a hashed voice, hoping that Fuyu-sensei would not kill him. Then the Dragon started playing his guitar... seriously? Finally Doji Fuyuko started her class and he was left trying to focus, while on a hangover and worried...

If it was understood, Noboru made no indication. Instead, the strumming simply continued as he began to progress through the chords of the song while keeping that awkward distance that makes seem like he both is and isn't part of the class at the same time. For a moment he glances up, but seems to lose interest in what's going on quickly and just closes his eyes as he tries to become lost in the song.

"Hai, Sensei!"
The Kakita nodded to Fuyuko, bowed to the Imperial banner, then the Crane and Dragon. Afterwards, Isao retrieved his sword from his martial arts bag and placed it on the racks in accordance with the wishes of the sensei. He quietly acknowledged the arrivals of the other two Crane, Lion, Sparrow, and Dragon (who was playing the guitar for Kami knows why) but other was quiet as a mouse and attentive. Their sensei demanded his attention so he fell in line, eager to learn more. He had high expectations and was very curious about what was in store for them.

"Hai."
Received and understood. Satoru intended to get along and perform the proper ritual, but the Dragon playing his guitar through the snap and command of their instructor irked him. Now that's rude asf. The Crane sneered under his mask. Noboru was a dick to him before, but in all fairness, he didn't expect every Dragon to play nice given the circumstances. But this measure of rudeness towards a sensei? Unbelieveable.
First he would do his part, bow to the various banners and put down his weapon. If Noboru continued to be insubordinate, he would fail to tolerate it longer.

Fuyuko gives another TWAP of her parasol. "Dragon-san. Either you have found yourself in the wrong room, in which case you are going to be late soon. Or you are in the right room in which case you are going to be late soon. Show your respect to the banners, and place your sword."

Priya ran over to place her sword on the rack, it was a large thing, sized for her hands, and easily the most expensive thing she owned.

Noboru looks up to Fuyuko as she strikes her parasol into the ground. He stands long enough to bow to the Doji woman, goes to place his blades where he was instructed to while paying proper respects to the Imperial and Dragon Clan banners while pointedly ignoring the Crane banner... then goes back to where he was seated and starts adjusting the tuning on his guitar. (OOC: Procrastination roll failed. Or passed depending on your point of view.)
