He nodded to Daidoji Satoru but otherwise kept silent and listened to the conversation. He kept his eyes closed most of the time.

...until Tarik al-Menjari 's phone would wake him up. Hoshiko was listening to the questions, but she had a concerned look on her face when she looked to Tarik

Tarik's response, or practically lack thereof, deepened Satoru's frown.
He could be the first to leave, but he was concerned about the implications of doing so. It came down to what he'd be less comfortable with--looking less interested or sticking around.
The Daidoji took one last long stare of the room before he decided he would just duck out and leave. They were, after all, given permission to do so.

Mako just stared as the first person left, and then made a comment, "If any of you are waiting for the proper etiquette to let me leave first, I grant you your leave from my presence or... whatever. I intend to talk to the sensei in private, if he will offer a private consultation on a question I have in my head." She continued to eat her (formerly Tarik's) chocolate koku happily.

Eito glances at the class and then to the other Otomo, he had no interest in preserving their rule, if they wished to do so they would do it on their own strength. He didn't have any interest in stopping them either though, especially since the young Otomo showed the most progress. "I have no issue with a private consultation, assuming no other students have questions of course."

"When you finish with Mako-chan, I want a word, Eito-sensei." Tarik said without opening his eyes.

Momiko frowns ever so slightly; So the Otomo had noticed. And here she'd tried to be inconspicuous about it. Well, she didn't really have practice in such a setting; This would just need to be a lesson in its own right. Gathering her stuff, she at least tried to be inconspicuous now, despite the heavy book bag that she was lifting onto her back.

The mention of shourido elicits and soundless huff from the Lion in the room, who packs up her things, looking at her phone, before glancing over at Tarik, sighing as she steps over to his table, leaning close over him. "I don't think you should take me as literally as you do, Amenja.. Arumen... Tarik-san," she says, butchering his surname horribly a couple of times before she apparently deems that more impolite than his first name. "Some of us have no experience, so playing all fancy-worded serves no one. Merely pointing that out, m'kay?"
She grins at him, the same, borderline insufferable smile visible in his pictures from the evening before. "Didn't even notice the accent until you mentioned it in any case," she says, clearly teasing him. She hikes up her bag. "Anyway, I'm going for a dive, but take these as an apology." She dumps her box of chocolate koku on his table, walking out after bowing to the teacher, zero shame or embarrassment about her.

He didn't bother to open his eyes when Akodo Uuen-Xiang decided to finally address her poor etiquette. And boy she made a mess of it. "Well some of us, Akodo-san, are used to proper manners and courtesy. Your poor choice of words was offensive and you are not helping your case with the way you handle this. I can't take this as an apology since it is not." Seriously?
