He reached into his backpack and pulled one of his old scarfs. He bowed and offered it to the girl.

Yoru decided he did not care if the young scorpion saw him, she seemed desperate to fit in with the clan and betraying their confidence would be a step backwards in that regard. He stepped from around a pole into view of Yoruga but still partially hidden from any random passerby. "You have need of my services Yoruga-kun?" Yoru asked seeming a tad disinterested as he casually leaned against a pillar.

The appearance of the Shinobi was not unexpected. He smiled. His cousin had probably listened the whole conversation. He got up and bowed to the girl.
"Cousin, it was pleasant meeting you. Tomorrow we repeat?" He suggested to her but did not wait for an answer.
Turning to the shinobi he bowed.
"Blessings cousin." He greeted him.
"I might in the future, for the time being I got something for you." He reached into his backpack and pulled two folders, one for each of the clans assigned to Yoru.
"It is not much, but it's a start." The folders contained information on the members of those clans active in RHS.

Yoru looks over the documents nodding every so often. "You're right it's not much but anything helps, I make sure this information gets into the hands that need it." Yoru closes the folder and his hand disappears behind his back the folders gone seemingly to some hidden compartment in his suit.
Yoru looks back at the boy and thought his mask conceals it Yoruga could almost hear the smile on his lips "so what's the story with you and Nomen-san? There Is or at least was some kind of connection there."
