Tsuki followed along though her note taking seemed a bit short. Likely because she had studied such things before.

Hoshiko had leaned forward, interested in the presentation, making notes as quickly as she could. The flowers were very pretty as well which helped!

Genji quirks an eyebrow at the presence of the Asahina coming into the classroom but says nothing on it, instead offering his fellow sensei a slight bow. With that the Unicorn turns back to the class, diligently taking his own notes on the matter while watching the students' reactions both to their sensei's methods and to the information given.
Hmmm. I wonder...

The whole teacher attends another's teachers class was getting weird. Yoruga watched at the Asahina, without stopping typing on his phone.

Umeko was about to answer Chiyo, when the door opened once more. Her eyes flickered to it, then back toward her student. Before snapping back toward the door again. Her eyes widened, mouth dropping open slightly. An OTHER sensei in her class?? She resisted the temptation to cover her face with her hand, instead simply nodding politely to the Crane teacher and turning back toward the scorpion girl with a smile. "Thank you, Chiyo-chan." She said, cleaning off the extra flowers and leaves from her desk. "Perhaps you would like to accept it on behalf of the class?" The woman asked innocently, before picking up the bouquet and throwing it at the girl without waiting for an answer. Unless she tried to catch it, it would land neatly on her desk, right in front of her. "Now, let us move on." Umeko said, picking up a small remote from a drawer and turning on the projector. A picture of yet an other plant appeared on the screen. "I recommend you start paying attention, everything that was said before now is in the document on your desk but from now on we are moving to lesser known flowers and their meaning. Today, we will be going over plants that can be given to someone you wish to show respect or praise without any implication of love. We will be covering the various virtues that can be express to someone. With the white rose, we saw how context is important. Certain flowers have meanings that can be total opposites, like the yellow rose that can mean friendship or betrayal. This also the case, to a lesser degree, of the lily of the valley we see here." She looked back at the students, pausing to let them write down the name of the flower. "Can anyone tell me which two traits are most often associated with the lily of the valley?" She smiled kindly. "Please do not worry if you are not familiar with the answers."[[Students can roll Ikebana or lore: hanakotoba, the TN is 15 to know the first trait (humility), you can raise once to know the second one (trust), I won't be accepting variations of gardening for this one as you know what the flower is but we're specifically looking for meaning this time. Assume Umeko points for you to speak if you raise your hand first unless you've already answered an other question (looking at you Chiyo! ) ]]

His notes are meticulously kept, written fast but everything in its place. Of course, if Bai didn't know the more commonly known meanings, he isn't going to know the more obscure ones, but that doesn't bother him. He doesn't mind not being the smartest person in the room, or even in the top half.
He glances up at the two late comers, smiling at his friend, and a little confused at the arrival of the adult. Is it normal for Sensei to attend classes here? It isn't his to worry about though, so he just goes back to his notes.

What’s with all the teachers creeping in? Ooooo, does Umeko have admirers? Hot. She is kind of cute with that ‘I don’t care what I look like’ manner about her. Like, she’s not even trying but she has that natural beauty thing going on? When she presented Chiyo with the bouquet, the Scorpion was just about to refuse until it was tossed right at her. The Bayushi reached out to catch it, but fumbled and lost it to the chair. “Umeko-san! I...thank you—but I am a terrible catch!” She picked it up off her seat and held it to her chest. Sure. We can cooperate this year, but you better make it worth my while. She moved on to the lily of the valley, but Chiyo was far too distracted by the bouquet she suddenly had, and the fact that she already jumped at the answer last time, to really pay any attention to the next subject presented. What’s the flower?: 4d10ro1o10k3 13

A second sensei watching the class? The familiarity of the teacher with the student? Tsuki watched quietly as the newcomer simply moved to the back where Genji already sat and then returned her attention to the front. There was a bit of freedom in how Umeko-sensei was so open to just let all these things be, but it was oddly timed if nothing else. Still, there was a flower up that they needed to answer about and that was what she had come to the class to do after all. Learn about flowers and the messages they sent. Except the one on the screen she couldn't fully remember. Her head tilted to the side as she tried to pull on her memory for some little morself that might lead her in the direction of the meaning it held. Oh what was it? Tsuki had seen it before and even studied it at what point, but for the life of her she couldn't recall the meaning's behind the flower. Honesty? Sincerity? Truth? It was right on the tip of her tongue, but even if she had the right one, she had no certainty of it. The young woman would have to study harder it seemed. Ikebana: 13
