The blush is not missed. Hisui doesn't ask. She can guess where that train of thought goes.
"I'll have to look at it, then. After tonight is over," she says, plucking a bit more food for herself. "I have to admit I'm surprised you're interested in that. Tell me, do you think we could make good leads in a romance manga?"

Hisui laughs too, once she's heard the description. Now that the Crane has pointed it out, it does seem rather fitting.
"Oh, but where would the story start?" she asks, still chuckling and retreating into the tea to calm down. "I can almost see that meeting of ours in the infirmary years ago as an opening flashback chapter."

Fuyu giggles back. "Oh yes, that would be the flashback. Should I be worried if we are still not at the end of the story? Will some dashing villan come and sweep you away and I need to fight them for you?"

"Do all manga have to have a villain? I thought there were some where there's no real plot. Just moment to moment in people's lives. I like to think that us. Some sappy, sweet manga about two mature women finding love later in life."
