I don't really wanna leave the booth in case someone wants to join but I also don't want to let this linger too long... I know how leaving things to linger for a long time only makes them worse. If you're not comfortable with that though, it's okay. I'll try and search her out."
Nade ducked behind the booth then, rummaging at a hidden shelf before pulling out a small plate with a few dried persimmons on top. "until then, would you like a persimmon?"

Ichiro shrugs "I have no problem seeking her out but I don't have her number or anything so if you could find her I'll go fetch her for you."

Nade nods and pulls out her phone to send a few messages, tapping them out quickly before leaning against her booth again.
"While I'm waiting.. what kind of food do you like Akodo-san?"

Ichiro take the offered persimmon. "I've never tried one before." He eats it and make a non committal sound "it's interesting, not bad but I'll need to try it some more before i know for sure."
"I suppose I enjoy most foods though I have be careful it takes discipline to look this good" he says with a laugh "but seriously I like a lot of traditional food and stuff like that, can't say I've tried too many gaijin foods."

Nade's phone beeped as Akodo spoke but she only answered when he was done talking. A soft sigh escapes her lips as she sends out another text and turns back to the lion.
"Traditional food can be quite delicious but you should try expanding your palette sometime. There are some really delicious things out there."
Her phone beeps again and she checks it.
"Well after his thoroughly unhelpful answer "Next to me" Yoshi has confirmed that Hinata is currently in the AV room for the manga/anime club. I would appreciate it if you could maybe hang around there and intercept her as she leaves? or just tell her inside... either way I would appreciate it and I would you owe a favour Akodo-san"

Ichiro nods "Yeah I plan to, i just never really had the desire to seek out new food. Sometimes I view food very mechanically, I eat it to fuel my body."
"Ok I'll go grab her. You won't owe me anything Nadeshiko-san. It's what friends are for. Though I suppose if you have to pay me back you could go out to dinner with me some time to, expand my pallette."
Ichiro says the last with his tone playful.

Nadeshiko nodded quickly "Oh absolutely. In fact I'm going to try having Merenae cuisine today. I'll have to tell you how good it is... I guess I'll see you soon then since I've gotta stay here to fend off the hordes of interested students~"

Hinata made her way to the court yard, and looked around for Nadeshiko's booth. It did not take long, the thing stuck out like a sore thumb. Hinata walked over and bowed to Nadeshiko.
"Horuichi-san. Akodo Ichiro said you wished to talk."
She stood up and frowned, her face concerned.
"I think I know what this is about, and I wanted to talk to you anyway. The lie you told last night...I know it was with good intentions, but I had thought you more honest than that."

Nadeshiko nodded and motioned for Hinata to step forward, slightly behind the booth where the the tablecloth hid things. Nadeshiko then did something she had never thought she'd ever do for anyone in her life. She slowly fell to her knees on the still slightly damp grass from the morning dew and leaned forward to place both her palms and forehead on the ground.
"Kuni-san, I, I am really sorry for lying last night. It was, It was uncalled for and I shouldn't have done it. I've just felt absolutely miserable since then and when I looked up ways to atone.. well uhm here I am. I know I'm not perfect, my life has never been perfect, but you're one of my first real friends and I don't want to lose that. I'll accept any penance you wish me to perform but I hope you can forgive me."
