A girl approached, walking up and signing the sheet. She then looked at the others, and said simply "I'm not fighting on any teams" before crossing her arms and walking away.

He was checking the dojo of RHS when he saw the sign of the wrestling team. He entered it and looked the people already there. He smiled when he spotted his clanmates.
"Mina-sans, have you had rice today?" He greeted everyone before approaching the yummy Crane.
"How is it looking Doji-san? Will there be a good team this year?"

Izumi was relieved her friend was ok. However, a part of her was disappointed she couldn't help and they weren't going to share since this was a big bit of being really good friends.
She nodded enthusiastically at the idea of meeting up trying to think of something they would both really enjoy, though she was pretty sure any sport wouldn't go too far wrong. She was still thinking of ideas when the Miya turned to speak to someone else meaning she went back to brainstorming. Izumi didn't know the city too well but was sure she could find something fun or just make something fun.
She greeted each new arrival with a smile, a bow and an introduction a but surprised by the numbers. In her old school there were not this many people, which meant the competition would be higher quality and the team would probably be better. She was a bit bemused by the Scorpion's introduction wondering if the girl was joking since she didn't believe there was much point in sport without competition. Still each new arrival hardened her determination to get on the team and shine.

"Oh, hey Priya-chan! Glad you could make it!" She grins to her friend, opening her mouth to say something before the sensei arrives.
"Ikoma-sansei." She bows politely. "As you can see here, I think we've got quite the team already assembled. I know from personal experience the abilities of some of our new recruits, and the others I have faith are just jade waiting to be polished." She motions to the gathered individuals.

Ichiro sees Nomen walk up and gets fairly distracted from any current conversations he's in. He attempts to say hey but she is already walking away. "Who the heck was that?" He asks as he watches her walk away.
Gataki shows up and Ichiro bows "hello sensei how are you this morning?"

Sakura just watches for the moment, seeming rather in her own little world. The Dragon blinks at the sudden sensei.
"Ah. Hello. Yes. I have been so blessed."

Tetsuko shakes her head.
"Not this year. It's time to pass the baton, as it were. Speaking of..." The girls stands, raising to her full height. "Who all is interested in the Club Captaincy?"
