He would have said more but then the Asako entered and for some brief seconds he swallowed his tongue.

He averted his gaze from her before he made a fool of himself.
"That makes the contenders four. I will make a random draw for the match ups.

He wrote their names in some paper scraps and then motioned to one of the students to come draw the lots. Once he was handed two of them he spoke again.
"It seems that the match ups for the first round are Mitsu-san vs Bayushi-san and Askodo-san Vs Asako-san. May your ancestors guide you to victory."
[OOC: Since no other suggestion was made, I repeat rules of the contest for convenience. Roll Initiative, then Agility/Jiujutsu to initiate a grapple, and then opposed Strength/Jiujutsu to maintain the grapple for two turns. Winner is whoever maintains the grapple for two turns. Wrestling emphasis applies. Judo emphasis doesn't.]
