"I... uh... couldn't manage to catch Ichiro-san at all, so... I thought maybe I'd have better luck against you?" Yoshi says to Momiko with a laugh, joking to try to diffuse both Koshiro's and his own embarrassed feelings over his brief flare of unhealthy emotion. No one else yet knew how much he was joking at the prospect of having a chance against her, but even without her special abilities, it was clear that he didn't favor his own odds in... really any match-up.

Momiko smiled softly, "I will go easy on you, if you wish. Or not. I shall leave it up to you, Yoshi-san."
She got into a defensive position, the stance really showing off her natural grace.

"Um... how about, don't go easy on me when you're attacking?" Yoshi suggests. "However, when I'm trying to grapple you... maybe challenge yourself and try to move at the last moment... and I might get lucky?" He blushes as he realizes after the fact another way that phrase could be taken. He's pretty sure Momiko won't notice though, so he gets over his embarrassement quickly, taking up a defensive stance and preparing himself for her attack.

Momiko smiles and nods before going in for a grapple; She doesn't hold back, like he asked, but she's not really the best grappler. So she missed around him more than a few times.

"I think I'm getting the hang of--whoa!" Yoshi says of his previous success in evading, realizing too late that taking the time out to offer commentary had left him wide open. He's pretty sure it would have happened eventually anyway, as he was starting to tire and the misses were coming closer and closer. He certainly didn't mind being grappled by his girlfriend either, although this was probably not the context or setting to be enjoying it.
"Ok, you got me," he says, conceding and disengaging. He straightens his gi a bit from where she had grabbed, then takes up a fairly imperfect offensive stance, ready to see just how fast she could move while holding back until the last second. He also makes sure to attack when no one is particularly watching, just in case they might see something to tip them off to her secrets.

Koshiro meanwhile goes over to a wall, sits down and rests again. Unfortunately for Yoshi, they're the pair he watches as he sits there. Not with hatred or anger or jealousy or anything like that, it would just seem unseemly if he was watching the two girls practice, though he does sneak a glance in their direction every now and then. People might get the wrong idea. He did not want to seem like he's perving on the girls, so he watches his friends instead.

It takes a bit but Momiko eventually slips up when Yoshi gets ahold of her sleeve, interrupting her dodge and pulling her back into him. This sleeve tug nearly causes a wardrobe malfunction in Koshiro's direction, where he can see she's not wearing a bra under her gi.
She squeaks lightly, "Mmmf... this is harder than it seems.

Seeing as Ichiro had drifted over next to Koshiro to watch the two spar he was also witness to the almost wardrobe malfunction. Oh my god she doesn't have a bra under there. With such ample gifts to contain you'd think she would wear one. Damn it's gonna be hard not to try and hit on this girl.
"Yeah! There you go Yoshi-san, you both are doing great."

"That one doesn't count, I barely got you," Yoshi tells Momiko, oblivious to having nearly exposed her. He smiles and nods at Ichiro's encouragement, though he's immediately sorry to have left them without partners. To both, he suggests, "You should try taking on each other."

Ichiro nods "yeah we can go again. We sparred yesterday but let's go again more practice never hurt. Though when I'm done I'll want a turn with Momiko-san. I'm curious what she's capable of. Gotta make sure she's good enough for my pal Yoshi." He chuckled and winked at the pair as he walked to a clear section of the floor.
