Wrong again! That was FOREVER ago, gosh! The statues are split because Goemon's essence is split! Maybe someone is trying to tell you that, asides from me. Byeeeee!

"Well they're gone but the more I got things 'wrong' the more they told me without my having to ask them. Hook like and sinker those guys. Anyways, They told me that it's possible that Goemon's essence is split and from looking at the statues I'm thinking in 4 different pieces. Apparently someone else was trying to tell us that but I'm not sure who?"

"Goemon?" she shrugs "I mean, he is a god right, it is not like he works on mortal rules?"

"Who would try to tell such things to those in the mortal realm, if not Goemon...?" Hinata scratched her chin, thinking. What entity in the spirit realms would be most likely to grant such knowledge, and in such a roundabout way? Perhaps they could not talk about it directly? Yori had acted much the same when she tried to ask him, as if something was holding his tongue. What sort of entity or event could hold the tongues of seemingly everything in the spirit realms, though? She groaned quietly, wishing she could tell them about Yori. Him not being able to talk felt like a vital piece to solving this puzzle, but if she spoke up about it she could be told to commit seppuku or worse. "Fortunes can die, but a theologian probably has a better grasp of the rules than I do," Hisui answers the Badger. "Still, we do have more clues to work with."
She looks at the students in turn.
"Thank you all for your assistance. We should head back. I'll be sending our findings, as well as your names, to the relevant authorities. With any luck, this should push things along."

Hinata wrestled with her own emotions and thoughts silently until Hisui spoke up. Maybe she could mention what had happened with Yori; it was important, and she did not need to say who he was beyond an ancestor.
"Hisui-sensei, I actually have further information that may be relevant, but...I would like to tell you in private, if I may."

"Hina-chan" Priya speaks softly "We are here as samurai, not as students to a teacher. I would not dream of telling you that you had to share this information with us whatever it might be, but I am your friend, and I will stand with you, whatever it may be"
She places a hand on Hinata's shoulder

"Of course, Hinata-san. I think your friends would prefer hear as well, but if you require privacy, I'm sure we can find a quiet spot somewhere in the temple."

Hinata sighed, and shuddered slightly. She was doing her best to maintain her composure, but Priya could almost certainly feel the faint trembling as her hand rested on Hinata's shoulder.
"Priya-chan...I know, but this is something I would rather have as few people as possible know about."
She then turned to Hisui and nodded.
"Thank you."
