"Well Rokugan is very traditional in a lot of ways. It's sort of part of our charm and our hindrance. A lot of the old ways cling on stubbornly well past when they make sense. Also my family is... special in that they want an heir to ensure the family continues. The longer I'm alive without one the more chances I have of being killed accidentally! Not that I want that to happen"
