"Well, Nadeshiko-chan and I investigated one of the temples of Goemon. All we found out is that apparently Goemon got split into four pieces, and Fu Leng had something to do with it."
Hinata sighed, frowning.
"...Honestly that whole situation is just baffling. ...aside from that I...er...spent the night at Yoshinobu's."

At Hinata's words, Yoshi looses his balance and slips down the wall some, a look of shock upon his face. Whether it was from hearing that the Dark God was involved with the Goemon mystery or that she'd spent the night with the Prince was unclear.

Hinata was beside Yoshi almost immediately, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Yoshi-kun? Are you okay?" she asked, her tone concerned.

"Oh... yeah, I just... slipped a little," he says, nodding and righting himself. Much more quietly, he continues, "I mean... I knew the omen was bad... but not that bad! And... I figured you and the Prince were getting along well... but not that well!" So, apparently it was both things. He shakes his head to clear it, smiling gratefully at her concern afterward.

Hinata cleared her throat.
"I...do not think the omen is quite as bad as you would think, despite the name. Whatever happened, it happened before the third day of thunder."

"I spent some more time with Rodrigo, we laid down a few small ground rules for our relationship. He is a very interesting person. Lets see, I've been hanging out with the superhero with the cat helmet! She's pretty cool. I even used Katsumi's money to buy some gear to help her fight crime, I felt it needed to be used for something good~"
She grinned for a moment before nibbling her lower lip.
"Kobushi-kun, Yoshi-kun, I saw a crepe cart down the stairs while we were heading here. Would you two be willing to get us all something to nibble? Strawberries and cream for me~" she reached into her pocket and pulled out a bill then, one big enough to treat the 4 of them. Her tone also made it clear that it was less of a favour and more of an order.

Hinata frowned, her expression confused. If she wanted to go to the crepe cart, why only send Kobushi and Yoshi instead of all four of them going together? It seemed Nadeshiko wanted her alone for something, but what could that be? She would just need to wait and see.
"I will take strawberries and cream as well, thank you."
She glanced at Nadeshiko, trying to determine what the girl was playing at.

Yoshi nods at Hinata's reassurance about the omen, though he still doesn't understand how something from the past could affect these statues now. He's about to ask her when Nadeshiko speaks up, and while he listens politely throughout, by the time she hands over the money and Kobushi gives his assent, Yoshi is frowning. This was the second time he'd felt excluded along gender lines, along with lunch two days before, and he couldn't help but be a little hurt by it, especially after he and Kobushi had opened up to both of the women about their relationships just yesterday.
He looks to Hinata hesitantly a moment, wondering if she felt the same as Nadeshiko, that there were things about to be said not meant for male ears. After all, she had been the one to mention what he imagined they'd be discussing at his own prompting. Still, she seems from her later expression to not have as many suspicions about Nadeshiko's motivations as he did. So, in the end, he forces a smile and nod, then joins Kobushi in heading down the steps to the vendor.

Nadeshiko waited for Yoshi and Kobushi to leave before turning to face Hinata with a soft smile that was trying to be comforting.
"Sorry about this.. but I just want you to know that no matter what's bothering you. I'm here for you. If you want to talk, or vent, or have me help... or..." she takes a deep breath then "I'll even promise not to help if you don't want me too but I've noticed something bothering you a few times and I have a vague idea what it is but if you don't want to talk about it, I'll stop pushing. I'm just worried about you."
