"In the waking world? Let's make it a double wedding," she suggests with a smile. "She's going to change world, that girl. If her waking self has even half the drive, we'll be having that double wedding before we're all old and gray."
"Or we'll be doing it in Merenae. Apparently, that's normal in their part of the world."

"I know." She nods her head. "We should all take a vacation there someday. If my waking self did most of the things I did, we'd even have a friend that's a local to show us around."

Akane just nodded again and lay there silently a moment before lifting her head and hugging Hisui's waist, "Well, we'll just have to wait and see I suppose."
Of course, that was counting on her ancestor waking up. But she would try to see to that, one way or another.

Hisui is surprised by the sudden motion, but does nothing to discourage it. Instead, she just returns the affection with touches to Akane's head. "I know. All anyone can do right now is wait and see."

"Wait, see, and swim. Thanks for the lap, Hisui-chan!"
Akane puts on her swim cap and slides back into the water before blowing her a kiss, "Feel free to join if you want. Or whatever!"

Her eyes widen, but she has the sense to catch the kiss with her hand. She contemplates for a moment and decides it would be nice to get a few more laps around the pool in, so the slides back and practices her strokes. After all, this would be the last chance this version of Hisui got to spend friendly alone time with this version of Akane. Best to make the most of it.
