"Oh," he says, pausing in thought over the new information. To his credit, he doesn't hesitate for long before speaking again. "Well, when I asked just now, I didn't know whether you already had met the other potential parties involved or not. So... yes, I'm still asking." If knowing the man affected her answer, it was already too late, but the way she was smiling continued to give him hope.
"As you said, that future is a possibility... which means it's not a certainty," he adds, as much for himself as it is for her. "There are still other possibilities left for us to explore."

If his answer was satisfying or eye opening, her expression gave no hint as such. The knowledge had not dissuaded him, which she had feared might, but if they were to be open and honest then she dare not keep that fact away. "Then my answer is, are we going somewhere nice or somewhere simple, Yoshi-san? I would at least like to dress properly for our date."

Yoshi's face lights up with a mixture of joy and relief, smiling perhaps more brightly than Tsuki had ever seen it before.
"Oh... it's... it's simple," Yoshi says, once he returns from the orbit he words had shot him into. "It's a little, foreign-inspired eatery, where they serve meat and vegetables in... pockets of fried corn. It's pretty much just a diner, so... I mean, it's nice... but definitely nothing fancy, like... a party at an Otomo's mansion." He's still beaming the entire time he's talking to her.

"Oh, well then that will make things way simpler," Tsuki said unabashedly. Not that she wouldn't take any less time upon herself, but an evening dinner at a restaurant and a gaijin inspired style of meal at a local diner were two very different things.
"I am looking forward to a good meal with you, Yoshi-san," She spoke in warm tone, her own smile reflecting against his.

"I'm already halfway there in my head, even though there's still a whole day in between," Yoshi blurts out his thoughts plainly, biting his lip afterward for fear of rambling on further about his excitement. He feels torn now, wanting to bask in the moment as much as he wants to usher in the future... one where they're together, closer than they are now.
"I guess... we probably shouldn't wait here until then, though," he says with a chuckle, only mostly joking.

Tsuki let out a laugh at his words as a hand came up to cover her mouth, joy to be found in how blunt and honest about his own feelings he was. When her soft voice finally recovered from the gentle fit she offered him a small nod. "No I suppose we shouldn't wait here until then. Especially since I have a few things I would like to get done before the day is through."
She smiled and made for the door with items in hand. "I will see you here tomorrow then, Yoshi-san."

There was that laugh again, which he'd told her that he loved, and his expression showed it just as clearly now.
"Tomorrow," he repeats with a nod. The door was his next destination as well, but from there, they would part. "Carry the Fortunes until then, Tsuki-san." He leaves, as reluctantly as ever, in the direction of the main campus gate, having a taxi to catch.
